When I came to Thien An Bo 7 Mon, I wasn't sure what to expect. This was my first time coming to a Vietnamese restaurant. I came in pretty blindly but I was pleasantly surprised.Upon entering, I was seated very quickly and able to get served just as quickly. The rest of my party was also seated very quickly as well. The servers are all very nice and understanding. Once I made known of a food allergy, they were very accommodating. I had a feeling I was in very good hands.The ambience of the restaurant was very welcoming and spacious. I really appreciate restaurants that are spacious because I need elbow-room so I can thoroughly grub on my food Lol. They also have a large screen that displayed aquatic life the night that I went which created a very nice vibe.Now, finally the FOOD! The food was SOOOO good! Everything was seasoned very well and the veggies were all fresh! They even offer a vegan egg roll for those who do not eat meat, which was also very delicious. The experience was very hands-on which I really enjoyed. I customized my spring rolls to my liking as well as the sauce! They offer plenty of food options so it makes customizing not only delicious but fun to experiment with different flavors. The highlight was definitely the catfish! I'm not a big fan of catfish usually but this catfish was absolutely delicious and changed my mind completely!This is a restaurant where you can take your friends, family, coworkers, etc. just to have a good time and eat good food! I will definitely return!

The food was good but the service was the worst. We were seated and 3 tables that came in after us were served with drinks and food before I flagged a server to put in our order. It took another 15 minutes before we even got our water. Never going back.

Best items here are the bò 7 món (7 courses of beef) and the cá nướng (grilled catfish with crispy skin)! When busy service can be understandably slow to get you drinks to the table but the food and flavors are on point here!Kid-friendliness: Large room with some space toward front for them to get the wiggles out if they need to take a break from eating. Ice cream shop (Kem) and a bakery (85c) flank both sides of this restaurant

This review will focus on the flavor - IT IS SO GOOD!We ordered one seven-course set, one order of marinated catfish (for grill), and one order of beef roll (small order). My favorite is the grilled beef slices (part of the set) and the catfish. I ate the meat directly and also tried to make rolls. The mixed herb, especially mint, brought the flavor to the next level.A meal for two cost about $80, not cheap but the experience is totally worth it.

When we arrived, I was concerned that our large party might not be accommodated without a prior reservation. However, the staff pleasantly seated us at two round tables. Despite their kindness and flexibility, my in-laws insisted on being seated at a long table "like other reserved parties." It was a bit puzzling, considering they had reservations, unlike us, who had just walked in. Nevertheless, the staff remained patient with our group and went the extra mile to meet our request.As for the food, our party ordered two grilled fish dishes and an array of other options, such as beef wrapped in la lot leaves and grilled beef. The flavors were exceptional and left us craving more.Additionally, the restaurant offered to store our cake in their fridge while we enjoyed our meal. I wholeheartedly recommend this place not only for their outstanding customer service but also for the high-quality food they offer.

Services are nice and polite. Seating looks spacious but I ordered to go.Their whole grill fishes are fresh and delicious - love the crunchy skin! But the sauce is a bit thick for my taste. Will definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu.
