edible pho. but too expensive compared to other shops. 5 slices of rare beef as thin as paper. Take 2 pieces of pho noodles and you're done, 1 piece of beef ball. 4 pieces of meat cost 18 VND, and the staff's attitude was extremely bad, not asking the customer anything. Pho is 3 stars in my opinion. 0 star service. Eat once and then go.

we decided to try this restaurant yesterday as it was their "grand opening." this restaurant is really spacious and clean, but definitely understaffed. the hot stone pho was pretty good and fragrant 4/5. the meats on the side were good quality and tender. they give A LOT of tripe. the hot stone bowls kept the pho hot for the duration of the meal, and the broth was still smoking when we were done eating. the fried soft shell crab was just okay and it was served with sweet chili sauce, 3/5. the saltado fries were not saucy enough for me and the rice was too dry and bland 3/5. overall a 3.5/5 experience.

They have a grand opening discount but only 150 first customers, very weird. I called in to check to see if its out of discount, the front desk purposely said "i don't know", like you are a fromt desk how do you not know?? So I came to check it anyways and it was out. I would be Awesome if the front desk told me beforehand so I dont waste 20mins driving there. Such a greedy weird way to attract customer.

To be honest if you're looking for a scorching bowl of pho this is it, it's so hot it turns your throat going down and stays simmering in your stomach. Kinda feels like drinking boiling water. After it cools about 15 minutes in you'll realize it's a bowl of pho, not particularly anything special besides its presentation. For its price point there are definitely better pho places in the area. The service was ok (they are new so they do need reminders for utensils veggies and such) and I will say a plus is that it's quite a large location and new so it's clean and airy a not crowded or dirty. At the end of the day it's pho - it was not bad just not as enjoyable as a regular bowl of pho at a regular price point though I recognize the concept it's most definitely not my own preference to be downing boiling broth.

Bánh phỡ rất nhão, over cook noodle, soup is average not that's good with the high price cost per bowl.. It's not worthy to eat . Not recommend!

Their pho is super good! My family and I came here after a rainy night at Disneyland and their food hit the spot

Love the hot stone pho and the stone pot kept my soup hot. The service was fast and very responsive servers. Shaken Salmon and Garlic Noodle shrimp was very flavorful.

Wow. This is the BEST PHO I have had and I've tried pho 79 and phoholic, but imo it's really good here. When you order the hot stone pho, the pho stays hot for SOOOO long! I ordered the hot stone pho special ($18.95) and the hot stone oxtail pho ($20.95). Both of the pho was excellent and I love that the meat is on the side so you can have it cooked just how you want it. The shaken beef nui ($15.50) tasted amazing. I enjoyed the tenderness of the meat and the texture of the nui (pasta) was just perfect! The bo ne(sizzling plate) was delicious as well. The sauce with the steak, eggs, pate, etc was simply delicious. The prawn noodle ($15.50) reminded me of Alfredo sauce and I love the variety of food they have here. The shrimps were nice and plump and paired with the noodles was a delicious bite! As for drinks, we got the thai tea ($5.50) and cafe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee). The Thai tea here is legit and honestly one of the best Thai teas I've had. Overall, I really enjoyed the food here and my family did too. My family is pretty picky when it comes to pho and they loved this spot! The service was great and very nice. I also love the interior here as it is spacious and clean!

Mediocre pho. Definitely too much oil in the pho. The other items were not that impressive either. This place didn't live up to its hype or it was overhyped? The service was ok. Not too quick but not too slow. It's a new restaurant so everything is pretty brand new and clean.

Came on a Wednesday at 7pm. It was raining so hot soup was on my mind. Plenty of seats available as there were only a few other groups. Dual concept restaurant as it's also a 'seafood by the pound' type of place. Ordered the Hot Stone Pho Dac Biet. Order came out promptly and damn it was HOT as promised! Noodles, proteins, and garnishes were all separate. Add them at your own pace, but I mostly threw everything in. Meat, tripe, and tendon were of good quality. The broth wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. It's a neat concept, but probably will be a one time experience for me. Great service team is also worth mentioning!

Am i the only one who didn't like this restaurant!?! I was super stoked to go after I saw Guy Thangs food review for this place. Were visiting from Hawaii, after a cold day at Disney, my family just wanted to order take out and go back to the hotel and eat. On my way there, I put in my order. I got the 2 orders beef rib pho with tripes and 1 order of 4 piece spring rolls. The beef rib pho was so underwhelming, the beef ribs was all fatty, barely any meat. The broth stink so bad from maybe the tripes. It had a weird horrible taste and smell! I love tripes, normally it doesn't have a smell at all . Idk why it had a really bad smell. I couldn't even finish my bowl. The broth was ok. Needed to more flavor. . Then I go and open my 4 piece spring rolls... it was summer rolls!! They got my order wrg. Didn't want to drive back and complain. Not a good experience for us, sadly.

Must order the Hot Stone pho. The ribs were tender, broth was hot throughout the whole time. Unlike the regular pho, it cools down half way through the meal. Told the waiter our first time and he didn't really recommended anything. The owner came out when we were eating and told us the Hot Stone Pho comes with unlimited broth and noodles so great for anyone with big appetite. The portion was perfect for us. Also spacious and clean.

Great food at a reasonable price, with great service! Very neat to cook your own meats in own bowl as you eat, very fresh! Highly recommend!
