Reeks of cigarettes 🚬🤢
If you're sensitive to smell, don't stop by here. Their customers are grown Vietnamese men who just sit around smoking and checking out the lottery numbers. Even though they sit outside, the smell still comes in and the workers refuse to close the door even when we ask.
The food is pretty decent but the atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy. There aren’t wide options on the menu, but not bad.
* Hủ Tiếu Sate Thái (Nước): 7/10 - decent flavor but was expecting more toppings
* Bò Né Đặc Biệt: 7/10 - good options and sides but the steak was undercooked so it was hard to cut
The place is located in a plaza with decent parking. The interior has decent parking and the workers are pretty nice.
Not an ideal hangout though.

The airy space and coffee taste reminds me of Saigon.
Cool and quiet
Good prices and very good coffee ☕☕☕
Excellent
Poor service
Nice servers, but food preparation needs to be more timely.
Local rendezvous joint for Vietnamese coffee, Knick-knacks, Chit-chat, and to play keno. Unfortunately couldn’t try out anything at this location because they don’t accept dollar coins. Strange phenomenon.

Nice friendly staff and great food
Nice place yo enjoy coffee in the morning.
Expensive coffee
Yummy yogurt! Great customer service.
They offer beautifully made coffee drinks and smoothies with different fruits etc. Very colorful. I have a reward card with them for free drink after several visits. They also offer 2 milk tea, 1 free.Veey nice happy hours with popcorn chicken and dried tofu. One thing I don't like - so many Vietnamese men sit any hours of the day. I' be being going to this restaurant for years, and it's the same - many men and barista very provocatively dressed.
