I asked for no pickles and add onions. They kept the sandwich with pickles, didn't add onions. When I said I'm allergic to pickles they took them off and didn't add onions. They said the screen doesn't show it even though I heard lady say she didn't read the screen. They added onions forgetting I said I was allergic to pickles.

I don't understand why it's so hard to get a plain cheeseburger, just meat , cheese and bun. Maybe all the employees should be fluent in English before they get hired.

My sister went to get food and they completely messed up the order so we had to go back only to have the MANAGER argue with us and then took the burger added a piece of cheese and bacon, didn't heat it up and acted like I was in the wrong for wanted my burger the way I ordered it. I will never eat at the particular jack in box again. It seems that this is an ongoing problem no matter what time of day it is and there food always seems to have a spoiled taste to it. Not toention the poor customer service
