You might want to ask the price before you proceed to the window because the prices on the menu are not the right price.

The counter girl. Alice R on the receipt. Was Not friendly or courteous. Borderline rude. For that reason She should be replaced. Maybe Good will would better suit her or humble her to work in the hospitality bussines.

Terrible service. They refused to accept my coupon, and the employee walked away in the middle of me ordering. I decided to order anyway, but they still got the order wrong. Really disappointing experience.

I went there and ordered a combo meal , she gave me the wrong type of fries , I returned the fries and instead of throwing it in the trash she puts the fries back with the fresh new fries , I couldn't believe my eyes , how she knows I didn't touch or breath or sneeze on the fries.That was so unsanitary. I didn't want to eat after seeing that.

Worst experience at a Jack In The Box. This location always seems to fail. Ordered tiny loaded tacos ended up getting plain tiny tacos. Ordered a spicy jack ended up with an overcooked chicken strip between buns.

I didn’t leave a star for food because I did not buy anything. The girl who was working driver thru at 11:09 am, was very rude when taking my order. If I choose to get a burger minus a few things on said burger, all you have to do is input that into the system. There was no reason for her to give an attitude when I’m clearly stating how I want my burger, as a paying customer. Ordering from drive thru should not be this hard.
