I ordered a classic smash burger, a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo and 7 piece jalapeno poppers. To my amazement, the price was $30 dollars. What ticked me off about the order was that the fries and the poppers were ice cold, the drink was flat and very little ice, and that there were no pickles on my burger. You'd think that for the price, everything would be perfect, and that your employees who get $20 an hour would be experts in their jobs. But it seems that fast food restaurants are pulling the wool over our eyes, and jerking us off even worse now that they have to pay the new minimum wage. The food is completely WORSE and it COSTS AN ARM AND A LEG. That was the last Jack in the box order I will ever make. I can make the same meal at home for half that price, and get it exactly how I want it, not how they want to screw you over. And it will be a hot meal, not flavored ice cubes. I don't hate the state for increasing the minimum wage, I blame the owner of the business for dishing out crappy, not-what-you-ordered food, and for hiring stupid or lazy workers who can't put a hamburger together even if someone else did it for them. And I'm not going to be suckered into high prices for less than perfect food. I cannot recommend the food or service here, as it is substandard to say the least. For what you're paying, you should be getting perfect food from someone making that much. What an embarrassment. It speaks volumes of who the owner is and who they hire. It's bad ownership, bad management and terrible employees that make that overpriced, not to order food. If you continue to patronize the place I can only say you're a fool.

Went to this location for dinner tonight. I ordered the fajita pita and it was horrible! The pita shell was so hard I couldn't eat it and the lettuce had rotten parts attached. I've never had this happen at any other location. They should be ashamed.

Horribly run. They are constantly out of certain items that I want. This past weekend, I drove through for breakfast and was not given the hash browns that came with my combo. I drove back and went inside, the manager threw the employee that took my order under the bus and said I wasn't charged for a combo. Since I order this all the time, I knew I paid combo price. She was the one that failed to fill my order properly

I stopped by with the intention of asking for a cup of water, but ended up staying and getting something to eat and drink. I had to go for the classic two tacos with the side of ranch and taco sauce. Used to be $.99 for the 2 taco's and no charge for the ranch but now almost $ 2.50 for everything. That's a 125% increase. Tacos still tasty. Worth the price. I also went ahead and tried the boba milk tea. Surprisingly was not bad. My expectation was very low. 6 outta 10

Food is typical J & B food. Service is normally quick and efficient at this location. Employees are always courteous and clean. 4 instead of 5 because there is always room for improvement and occasionally I get stiffed and don't get my whole order after I am home already. Who wants to go back for one item missed?

A very clean well run jack in the box..workers are friendly..never screw up your orders..manager as to please it looks like a resturaunt inside probably the nicest one I have ever seen.I prefer ordering through the app because of the great deals n points u can use..with the app u can drive thur..pick up or get it delivered..I feel safe eating here because they keep it very clean!! I must've been speaking another language because the good for nothing window guy tossed me my bag. What was in the bag? A few tiddlywinks of burnt tiny tacos and 2 monster tacos. You couldn't pay me to eat those tacos, they got these tacos straight from the outhack dumpster, they looked so bad. The monster tacos lived up to their names as they appeared to have been vivisected by the frycook himself. Never coming back again
