I wanted to thank the entire staff at Jay's Catering. We used them for my son's wedding at Serra Plaza and I couldn't have been happier. Lauren was very helpful helping me coordinate everything, they even worked with me on a couple of special requests. I received several comments on how good the food was from our guests. We got married at Hangar 21 on June 27, and the day was absolutely perfect. Lauren MacLeod was our event specialist and she was phenomenal from beginning to end. She was always prompt when answering any questions or concerns we had, and she is extremely organized and detailed oriented.
