Let me start by saying I eat here ALL the time. Have never had an issue till now. Cashier had major attitude when I asked to see the mgr regarding an extra charge. She didn’t want to get the supervisor and just stood there. I asked 3 times and then she finally went and got someone who stated they were acting manager since their mgr was on vacation. Attitude was very like ….whatever not my problem. I have always gotten the same sandwich and have asked for them to be generous with the avocado before. Have never been charged extra. Today the cashier charged me extra. I feel I should have been told when I asked for the specific sandwich that it would cost more. At least Give me the option to say yea or no. Ridiculous. Terrible way to treat regular customers.

New favorite location... The guys on shift today August 3rd were above and beyond. Good service as well nice guys and one of the employees being from ocean county NJ felt like being home. I enjoy JM as is but to actually feel like I'm back east and getting a sandwich makes it worthwhile.

I have given this location 3 chances because I am a Jersey Mike's fan, but none of my orders were correct. First time, I placed an order via the app, but no one read the special instructions. I ordered a giant #55 with chipotle mayo and a giant #13 Mike's way with no salt and easy on the olive oil and red wine vinegar. There was no chipotle mayo and it was soaking in olive oil/red wine vinegar. Second time, I decided to order the same and a giant tuna sandwich with pickles, mustard, Mike's way, no salt, easy oil/vinegar. I got no chipotle mayo, no oil/vinegar, and the tuna sandwich had pickles and mustard ONLY. I think the worker's name is Jack, (not the colleague who made my sandwiches) he offered a free sandwich the following day so I called in an order of a giant #55 with chipotle mayo by phone, but again they forgot the chipotle mayo... I absolutely love Jersey Mike's and I really wanted this location to be my go-to since it's closer, but they just never get my order right. Hopefully upper management reads this and makes some changes. Otherwise, stick to the Anaheim location because they ALWAYS get my orders correct and charge less than the garden grove location. I would have given 1 star, but the employee did offer a free sandwich to make it right so I gave 2 stars.
