I had a very large order. I got home and I was missing one sandwich so I called them about it and when I got back there, the guy was accusing me of lying about the missing sandwich. I told him to check the camera footage because why would I lie about a damn sandwich? The older Asian male continued to give me attitude and said I’ll review the footage tomorrow?? What kind of bs service is this? Why is it my problem that you guys don’t know how to complete orders correctly

I ordered The Original Italian. I asked for no tomatoes and to please add banana peppers. Instead I got plenty of tomatoes, and no banana peppers. I also received pickles and avocado which is not even listed on the ingredients of The Original Italian. Gonna stick to ordering from Cortinas from now on. Unfortunately they're closed on Sundays and I was craving an Italian sub🤷🏼♂️

I want to start this off with, My fiance is not an easy person to receive an order from. He cant eat certain things, and he doesnt like other things......so we go in there with patience for sure........Today, with what was almost making us anxious to order as we knew it was gonna be segmented, Scarlett was FRICKEN AWESOME! She made sure to help us pick the right choice, how to customize it and what would possibly be an upcharge.. She was clear and concise and made ordering so comfortable! She handled making both our sandwiches, simultaneously, I might add, with all of his specifics and both sandwiches came put exactly how we wanted it and were so delicious! She has now got two customers that will definitely be back and we will cross our fingers shes there! I may just have her call it the RA Special, lol......Thank u Scarlett!

Let me start by saying I eat here ALL the time. Have never had an issue till now. Cashier had major attitude when I asked to see the mgr regarding an extra charge. She didn’t want to get the supervisor and just stood there. I asked 3 times and then she finally went and got someone who stated they were acting manager since their mgr was on vacation. Attitude was very like ….whatever not my problem. I have always gotten the same sandwich and have asked for them to be generous with the avocado before. Have never been charged extra. Today the cashier charged me extra. I feel I should have been told when I asked for the specific sandwich that it would cost more. At least Give me the option to say yea or no. Ridiculous. Terrible way to treat regular customers.

New favorite location... The guys on shift today August 3rd were above and beyond. Good service as well nice guys and one of the employees being from ocean county NJ felt like being home. I enjoy JM as is but to actually feel like I'm back east and getting a sandwich makes it worthwhile.
