We had a good experience at Joe's Crab. Good service, and good food , particulary the different Crabs.

The food was absolutely horrible. The fish and chips came out of the coating and the coating was stale/moist. The chowder was not hot or flavorful. I got a cup of melted ice cream with whip cream for a birthday celebration and spent over 100 for food. I probably will never return to this establishment.

This our second time and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing but more importantly, the Service was just as amazing. Face did an excellent job. And made the experience even better.

Here for another birthday celebration. I ordered the Crab and shrimp dip, Shrimp Sampler which included 3 types of shrimp - the bacon wrapped shrimp was great! Also ordered the Land and Sea Platter, and the Crab and Shrimp Pasta with a side of rice.

Great service but awful food. The hush puppies taste like they are rolled in sugar, similar to a glazed donut. The coconut shrimp didn't taste like anything I have ever tasted before, seemed like some type of coconut flavoring had been added. Even the cocktails were terrible, probably a combination of premade mixes. Overall bad taste and very bad quality

I used to go to Joe's Crab Shack regularly when I was in my 20s and early 30s. I'm close to mid 40s and going back was nostalgic. I will forever be a fan of this restaurant because of the delicious food and fun memories.

Bryan was a great server and very friendly. His service attitude was fantastic. The kitchen did make a mistake that was very quickly taken care of.
After a long time away, we returned to Joe's Crab Shack for my brother's birthday dinner, and our experience was fantastic. Our waiter, Jordan, was truly amazing. He was attentive and checked on us consistently, but his kindness went beyond just good service.
He joined the entire restaurant in singing Happy Birthday to my brother, making the celebration truly memorable. We're so grateful for that special touch.
The food was delicious! | had the dynamite mac and cheese, and it was incredible. The lively atmosphere made it a perfect evening. We will absolutely be returning in the future. 🥂

If you're craving fish or crab legs for dinner, Joe's Crab Shack, in Garden Grove, CA is the place to go. The ambience is terrific, the food is superb, the service is excellent and it is a very clean restaurant. Our waitress Amelia was absolutely outstanding and made a Birthday dinner for my wife an absolutely special occasion.

I’ve been to this location probably 6 or 7 times but it has been about 4yrs since I ate there (I moved to TX) and the menu changed a bit! Our server was great and went above the norm in service! No more pots but more of a seafood boil bag it didn’t taste the same and of course with inflated prices it was maybe $10 more no big though! The dessert was amazing! The drink I ordered was strong but nothing a coke couldn’t fix lol All in all the service made this visit great!
