Really bad service they should hired someone who loves to work there and dont do bad faces to the costumers

The lady was extremely nice and there aguas frescas are really good. My son loved his watermelon water.

Normally the people here are super nice, but today not at all. Customer service was horrible, the girl that helped us had some serious attitude. She was helping some people before me and I was disgusted by the attitude she kept giving. Finally it was my turn, although she had a better attitude she was serving ice cream with no gloves, I asked her 'shouldn't you be serving ice cream with gloves' she nodded and agreed that she should but assured me her hands were clean... I don't think reassuring customers that you wash your hands is the point, from what I understand it's protocol.I don't understand the attitude, we're paying customers we're not begging for free ice cream Mariana.

I asked for a sample and said they did not do samples but then proceeded to hand one to the lady standing next to me. Their ice cream was frosted over so badly that she couldn’t even scoop it out. Dirty and dingy.

I ordered an Esquite, very kind, the girl everything was going well until another of the workers opened the refrigerator and a smell came out that made me want to vomit. I left there and I couldn't eat the Esquite. I was very disgusted by that rotten and very strong smell.

It was my first time and I wanted to try one and the lady didn't want to give me a test just because of the pandemic... because it could be contagious ? there was no one else and she with the mask on wrong... I grabbed the one I wanted to try and she didn't like it. I would have liked to have had another flavor if I had known ?

Always a sweet experience ?
