Service was ridiculously slow. Sad, to see this, huge McDonald's has taken out their playplace to increase dining area ..... very few diners in this huge dining area. Busy drive through, though. Our food was cold, my grandsons cheeseburger looked like it had been stepped on it was so mangled, and his fries were like wet noodles. This location does not deserve to be McDonald's.
This franchise along with all owned by Patty, do not allow drink refills. They are on covid - 19 finesse still. Avoid this location. Greedy juice.

The front-of-the-house staff here are not looking forward to helping anyone who walks up to the counter. Soda is not refillable. Their soda mechanic was turned off. I asked the manager for a refill and he was gonna charge me for a refill. Not to mention, they locked their bathroom, so if you need to go, you have to wait for staff to unlock it for you by a buzzer behind the counter. Staff here are doing the best they can to avoid eye contact with the customer.
