Sometimes we don't realize how being short with customers can have a ripple affect....went to this location because it was on the way home (vs one right past where I live) and the few times I've been here, there's an employee that just doesn't want to be bothered.

There is people doing drugs outside the doors of this McDonald’s. Do not go to this McDonald’s, If possible go else where. I informed the staff of what was going on outside. All they did is walked out seen what they were doing and walked back in. Keep in mind I’m with 2 kids of my under 13yrs old but old enough to understand what the people were doing. So disappointed in this staff

I was the order one happy meal and 3 Mac crispy chicken n drive-through I was waiting 10 minutes my number is coming after I paid, they are told me for over your car. I bring it. Your food and I was waiting again for 20 minutes. My foot was not ready and knocking the door. The guy passing from me is not answering me. I was so pissed off that’s not a good customer service at this restaurant if they have a less employee, you have to order more employee. This is fast food. It’s not a regular restaurant to wait like 30 minutes or one hour to food be ready I have a bad experience this location.
My visit to this McDonald's restaurant is all fine to me.

The employees at this McDonalds location are extremely rude. It took much longer than usual to get my order. I waited at the front counter after I was done eating for 10 minutes to ask to use the bathroom, which was locked. Several employees standing in the back completely ignored me. What if I had also been waiting to have my order taken? Awful customer service. The only way I got into the bathroom was when an employee walked past me, opened the bathroom for himself, and I had to chase him to get in. He walked right past me and did not ask what I needed or let anyone else know that I was waiting to speak with someone. I should not have to chase the employee into the bathroom just to be able to use it as a paying customer. There really needs to be someone stationed up front 100% of the time, but of course, they are probably purposefully short staffed or want to save on labor. It's probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonalds. I will not be back to this location.
