Manager Robert had very bad customer service. Was trying to use my app coupon at Kiosk. When I was trying to explain to him that the kiosk was not allowing me to select the item I wanted to get, he didn't offer any accommodations or help. He told me that the machines are a big headache and that there was nothing he could do. I tried to explain to him the situation but he honestly acted like he didn't care. I understand his frustration if he doesn't know why the kiosk is malfunctioning. I'm upset because in a job where the lead is supposed to be setting an example and providinng good service; he didn't care or didn't have the knowledge of how to work with a customer on finding a solution. My family and I walked out. Someone really needs to retain this man.

Nightmare service. Absolutely dont give a shit you're waiting 10 mins in drive thru and then another 20 mín or more just to order again and have to wait because drive thru person had attitude and wouldn't take the order since it was busy to go into lobby and wait. Ridiculous priorities.
1st and 2nd Workers go on break or goes back to what their doing and said to order 2nd time and not care bout helping locate my order because they ain't got shit to worry bout.
Parking: They are practically non existent in service or anyone at the register patiently waiting
Kid-friendliness: Not friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: They don't care.

I order here drive through pick up got my food checked my bag saw wrong items and then saw this fries and they are charging for large fries but serve small fries and when I went back manager said that I swap the items mc chickens for cheeseburgers who those that how can I even do that lol and then she said I ate fries and wanted to get new ones seriously what type of service is this not only was it wrong items but was called a lier as well that is how I got the fries
20 min for a coffee, this is not the fault of the employees, it is the fault of the employers, they do not have enough staff, they are a multi-million dollar multinational and they are not capable of having enough staff, they have employees running around all day. They don't have a bit of shame

I go here often I like the kiosk, as an introvert I like that idea :). I love getting the McChicken deal for 5$. Service here is great, If I ask for a bag with handles they just give it to me and I thought that's a pretty nice thing to do. Yes mistakes do happen and forget to put an item or get it wrong but don't get mad, this place is pretty busy so please be patient and just speak out. Yes fast food is expensive but I'd recommend coming here once in a while to just eat when you don't want to cook something one day and are craving some good fries. I prefer dining in, the food is hot and ready and that first bite of that burger or fry is very memorable 😅. There is a table for kids where there are little touch sensor lights and it's pretty fun. And most of the time it isn't really loud. There are restrooms available and cleaned regularly.
