Literally order our breakfast food at 1015 to make sure we could get it in time. Arrived at 1034 and since it was after 1029, they said we couldnt get it even though our order was place 19 mins prior. Makes no sense. If they had the order they should have gotten it ready. Not say they couldnt give it to me cause I arrived a little later.

Centering of food was terrible. My bun, sauce, meat, cheese and sauce were all over the wrapping and have the inside was exposed. Very messy. Toilets needed attention also. Staff were friendly and restaurant felt safe

This is about the most bland and boring McDonald's that exists. Besides that, they don't allow free refills on drinks plus there is NO utensils, straws or even napkins available without having to ask an employee. But good luck doing that since there is no one at the front counter.

Most tables at this mcdonald's when I were there were dirty needed to be wiped off. Food was fine and hot. But this particular location does not do free drink refill. What a bad business plan will never eat that this one again....

Half a star or none at all if I could. Chicken was horrible. Chicken taste like rubber couldn’t even bite into it. Had to throw it away. I don’t know who labels these restaurants & what they serve as “food” it’s most likely not even real chicken. Their chicken nuggets are even real chicken. It’s a blend of chicken parts & bones. Their coffee was horrible too. I never eat McDonald’s & I tried this time & yet again. A reminder of why I don’t do business with these fake meat factories. Disgusting. They should all be shut down.

Am tired work a 14 hour shift I wanted a Big Mac and this is the sloppy burger they gave me … the cheeses are toghther there’s missing sauce and the fries are filled with salt smh worst McDonald’s to go to they always forget something or do the food sloppy . Just because I live close by I come. But won’t anymore
I've never heard of a McDonald's that doesn't allow you to give free refills. I'm fat no doubt, but you shouldn't be charging full price if you're not allowed refills or make sure customers know in advance.

I came in after work and it was not busy at all. However, the workers still seemed to find a way to mess up and get me half the food that I ordered, which I did not see until I got fully home. They should be checking what they are putting into the orders are right, but they don’t.
