The management should be ashamed. The fries were practically inedible; way overcooked and still cold and soggy. Like they'd been fried too many times, and not enough each individual time. My fries box was disintegrating and stained my table, just sitting there.
In addition, the wait was excessive...I definitely don't recommend this location.

2. The spot has fast casual vibes with a cozy interior!

Extremely Disappointed - Avoid Curbside!
I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald's location Mother's day. I opted for curbside pickup, hoping for a convenient and quick meal, but it was anything but.

Firstly, despite following all app instructions for curbside pickup at the designated spot and signaling my arrival, my order was never brought out. After waiting a frustrating 15+ minutes, I had to call the restaurant myself, only to be initially told I was at the wrong location! After I confirmed I was indeed at the correct McDonald's, they admitted their mistake.

The delays didn't end there. I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my order. To my dismay, upon finally receiving it, the entire order was cold, and later, when I arrived home items were missing (all the hash browns).

This level of service is completely unacceptable. McDonald's promises hot, complete, and timely orders, especially with their curbside service. My experience was a masterclass in how not to do things. Missing items, cold food, and a curbside service that required me to go inside after significant delays and confusion from the staff is simply not good enough. I have requested a full refund for this abysmal experience and sincerely hope management addresses these significant operational issues. I would strongly advise against using the curbside pickup here based on my experience.

They made my drink wrong. Was an online order. When I finally received it, it was made wrong. Waited half an hour for it. They gave me an apple pie for the inconvenience.

I visited this McDonalds yesterday morning and I donated, and they opened up the window for me to pay right away and even acted over the top that Alfonso is fake . Today I didn’t donate and he made me wait over 3 minutes to pay. I also didn’t end up eating my food because I get to the 2nd window and their manager, a big lady, makes me weight another 3-5 minutes for my food. Did they spit in my food during this time? And the line behind me was getting incredibly long. They were allowing their customers to sit in line and wait around just to be petty toward me. This is unacceptable and educated behavior . Someone really needs to retrain their entire staff.
