Rock hard and Cold Fry's Over Cooked Tender like rocks I asked to purchase a Happy Meal Toy for my kiddo who severe allergies and can't eat their food. The manager today was extremely rude when I asked why she won't allow me to purchase just the toy. She said its her right!?! Wow really. Well I went up the street and bought it a other McDonald's. That's how you treat your customers. Cool,Cool. I do hope you all have a nice holiday and remember you are terrible

Ordered via app and stopped by for pick up inside since drive through is abit long. Easy parking, clean and easy vibe inside. Service was nice and friendly. Got McRib since the holiday season started so got to have it. Ordered 10mins prior but was busy so waited for another 7mins but all good.

I stopped by this McDonald to pick up some lunch. I placed my mobile order for their 20pc chicken nuggets, large fries, large coke and a cheeseburger right when lunch started. It said that my order would be ready within like five minutes.
This McDonald is inside a big plaza so there a lot of parking but you'll just have to walk especially since this store has their entrance on the other side away from the parking lot. This McDonald also still have the self serve soda machine. It took almost thirty minutes for my food to be ready because I had to wait for the cheeseburger. Everything else was already done so the fries got soggy and wasn't fresh. The soda also just sat the counter.

I am not happy about the fact that the company still advertising the monopoly play game, but yet there were no monopoly game pieces on pretty much everything that we ordered that was supposed to have the pieces on at least 5 items. I'm done with McDonald's there's always something not available or they have run out of this or that. Either be prepared with all of your offers or dont advertise something u cant offer.

I went to this McDonald’s location yesterday during my lunch break. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large lemonade. It took 20 mins to get my food at the drive thru lane. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Slow service what is going on? Other McDonald’s are fast but 20 mins is a long wait. I had to cancel my large lemonade and ask for a refund. I will never go back to McDonald’s location again.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to share this. I bought fries for my son, and they were so greasy and overcooked that he ended up with a stomachache afterwards. The oil looked old the fires I think just re dipped them into the oil!!!! Very disappointed because we expected fresh, safe food. I hope management takes this seriously and improves food quality for families! Cause this just isn’t right! The food wasn’t even properly wrapped. And the nuggets were so nasty too! Please McDonald do better! Get better employees!
