Not sure if staffing issue but drive thru line here seems to go slower than other McDonald's. Also happens often that orders are incorrect, even when placed from the app. They are always great though about correcting the issue in a friendly manner.

The employees all stay in the back where they prepare meals. And only come out when they see somebody standing at the counter. If you want additional cream or napkins or other items you have to wait in line to ask for it. It's not out in the dining area where it would be convenient. None of the bench seats are padded. Other than the McDonald's on Harbor boulevard this Chapman McDonald's is absolutely terrible. I'll never go there again.

Good price for deals and rewards. Love their sweet n sour sauce. The staff here for drive thru or curbside always smile and friendly. This location is also easy for pick up and a lot of space for parking if you wanna order inside or dine-in

Horrible service from a girl in the drive thru. She gave me cold and old fries and wouldn't Wana give me extra ketchup when I asked. Also don't even bother calling this location they will not answer no matter how many times you call. Very unprofessional

Nice, clean restaurant and great fresh food. I ordered curbside pickup and was missing part of my order. I went inside to have my order corrected. The service was excellent. They happily took care of me and made the situation right. Loved the food and loved the service. Keep it up. Your pleasant attitudes and helpfulness are a rarity in today's world. Thank you!
