Congratulations, You've come upon the slowest McDonald's in the history of fast food restaurants. I have to come here multiple times a week to DoorDash and it's in a spot that would make it my number one McDonald's to eat at. And considering the food is still consistent with McDonald's food I do tend to eat at it still. However I know to place my order 15 minutes ahead of time so that I may get it 15 minutes later if I'm lucky.
This is far and away the absolute slowest fast food restaurant I have ever witnessed in my life. And as a delivery person with probably close to 2,000 deliveries under my belt, that should say something. And yes this is not the last day or two the last week or two this is been going on for at least the last few months.

This is a nice McDonalds. Newly remodeled fast service and they keep it clean. Don't forget the deals on your app. The takeout line appears to be long during lunch and dinner hours. They remodeled the interior and its just a shell of former setup. With only one employee serving it can get quite busy. I think they want you to use the drive through and automation. On thing i do appreciate is this mcdonalds has kept a lid on large price increases unlike others so that is nice. The family that owns it has always been great at supporting local sports like Pacifica so that is much appreciated.

Harrison. Best. customer. service. ever. Seriously.. haven't seen customer service that caliber in a long time. The issue was only that the frozen coke machine was being cleaned, but the way he handled the situation was stellar! 👍👍

I usually just go through the drive thru to get the McGriddle. Bacon, egg and cheese on a 'pancake bun' for breakfast. Yum!

I really don't like coming to this mcdonalds because of its long wait for curbside order, its 6:16pm. If im alone, I'll go in and get it. But I'm never alone when I come here. first of all, this would not be my choice in food option. But I have a child who is on the autism spectrum and this is one of her preferred food items. It would be a mission to get out, get the food, hope my kid doesnt throw a fit and wants to stat, or something else. It's process and if you know anyone with a child in general curbised is the way to go.
But i always want to give this place the benefit of the doubt that it won't take that long.
So, the reason I'm at this location specifically is that I visit a friend who's in the neighborhood, and I have to make a stop here. Otherwise, I'd go to my neighborhood mcdonals in westminster, on westminster and goldenwest, and they bring it out quickly. Not just for me but for others too.
It's just so bizarre how long it takes. I started writing this post when I got here and I'm still here, 630pm, waiting for my mobile order....
(I hasn't taken me this long to write the post, but I'm just waiting until my child's food gets here to really update when they give me the order.)
Note: the guy parked next to me and the lady to my right have also gotten out to see what is going on with their orders, and they were here before me...
Also, if they're short staff, honestly, I would totally understand but if you could put up a sign so you don't get your customers mad or confused, as to why it's taking sooooo long, that would be nice.
Okay I'm still waiting here and it's 645, my child is now super upset and hungry. I walked inside to see what is the hold up. They don't even have a cashier. There is 1 person trying to assist with the front and take out.
Now it's 7:02pm and the kitchen is full but I can't believe how long this has taken. Im just super upset and confused and I for sure will have to call corporate on this.

They forgot to give napkins half of the time but mostly friendly staff.
