They had the door open we went to eat. The manager said they forgot to lock it we had to leave. All while my kid is screaming because she was hungry.
We go to the drive through and they make us wait 10 min at another window. Then they dont give no sauces.
I had to get out and walk back to the drive through window. Where the cashier asked me what I was missing. I told her then she asked me again. And I said everything I just told you. She said I'll get it to you and closed the window.
No apology from no one!!! Handed it and slammed the windows again. Horrible service!

Might be the worst run fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Go there maybe once every week or two and out of the last 8 times, 6 have been horrible experiences. Terribly long weights, indifference to the fact that there is a long wait, no acknowledgment of how poor the service is. Just do yourself a favor and compare the experience of this junk restaurant and an In-N-Out Burger. Night and day difference. I will not return to this restaurant.

At this McDonald's they went above & beyond for me. I was on the hunt for the miniature Mcdonald themed toys from the happy meals. The worker was willing to look & see which minis they had available and she let me know there were 2 different ones available. She made sure I received 1 of each mini in the 2 happy meals I ordered like I had requested. The food was hot & fresh. I am definitely going back to this Mcdonalds.

Made an order inside a couple of nights ago at the kiosk, waited 20 minutes saw nobody so I finally walked up to the counter a guy noticed me and asked what he could get me, I handed him my receipt and said my order. If you guys insist on customers not ordering at the counter anymore then pay attention to when an order shows don't ignore everything but drive thru
Have a ride to kids. They wanted McDonald's. I ordered a hamburger for myself. It had been a long time since I had an awesome hamburger. Loved the fries too.
