Have a ride to kids. They wanted McDonald's. I ordered a hamburger for myself. It had been a long time since I had an awesome hamburger. Loved the fries too.

At 5:10pm I ordered a quarter pounder and small fry. I could hear the employees having a casual conversation but could not see them. No one came out so I ordered again the same items at 5:16pm. Still no one and no order, so I ordered a third time. Still nothing so I rang the buzzer to get their attention. Shalemna ? manager came out and I asked her where my order was. She returned to the back and Jason manager came out with all 3 orders. Jason did not apologize for the delay and he was defensive that I appeared upset for the poor customer service. Worst customer service.

What a waste of $30 fish was dark brown and grey in the middle 2 dbl cheeseburgers were 2 pieces of charcoal stuck together with a piece of cheese the other piece was stuck to the wrapper and wrapped around this burnt dry burger fries were cold and limp š¤® yuck The company have to come in and show the franchise how food is supposed to be not old crusty rubbish this store puts out I'll have to find a Company ran store before I visit any McDonald's again This one has no customer service or quality control the kiddies are to busy talking and giggling what a disappointment!!! 5pm on a Saturday and it was empty surprise surprise the owner should be paying more attention to their staff !!

The only reason why I'm writing a review is because they messed up on my order on so many levels. I ordered online for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with nuggets, fries and a sweet iced tea. To my surprise, I find out that their was no nuggets in there, instead of sweet iced tea, they gave me unsweetened. I had asked for extra ketchup, instead they gave me extra napkins. I would have totally returned and asked for what I was missing and replaced with what I didn't want but I was heading to work so I left upset paying for a lot of things that I didn't get. I usually am not the person to get upset for something like this but the fact that their were so many things that were missed and incorrect, I just think is not cool. And being that this is the location I usually go and don't have any issues with.

4/6/25 at 5:50pm. I donāt know if heās the manager, but I believe his name was Daniel. Asian guy. He was so warm and friendly. He called me āloveā and gave me extra sauce (feels silly I know) but he was a breath of fresh air from what you come to expect of fast food joints. The guy who took my order was very nice also. I unfortunately didnāt get his name. They were so so nice. I left smiling from ear to ear. Iāve never left a 5 star review at a fast food restaurant before but this is well deserved. I wish every place of employment had a Daniel of their own!!

For short: worst McDonalds ever.
I have ordered over 3 times from this McDonalds. I get ZERO ketchup packets for my fries EVERYTIME when I had always specified I wanted ketchup. My nuggets came with only ONE single sweet and sour sauce, and when I specifically chose I want no pickles on my burger, there's always pickles. On top of that, fries are ALWAYS dry and chewy and old, it is so disgusting and remember it always came with NO ketchup packets. What is wrong with this McDonalds?
So funny how i order at the kiosk already have my receipt but you end up helping people at the drive thru first and just kept helping people and serving there orders first but have me stand there for like 10 mins i got there FIRST and there was no one in the drive thru but you end serving there food first

Iāve been to many mcdonaldās over the years in many different locations and this one was the best one iāve been to ever. I rarely write reviews but I want people to visit this location! The workers were so nice and welcoming. The lobby was clean. Their kiosk had an error and I couldnāt order but it was resolved immediately ! The manager was very nice and made sure everything was okay even thought it was something out of his control. My order was quick and so fresh, I never had my fries taste so perfect. Overall, super great experience and if youāre in the area you should definitely stop by.
