At this McDonald's they went above & beyond for me. I was on the hunt for the miniature Mcdonald themed toys from the happy meals. The worker was willing to look & see which minis they had available and she let me know there were 2 different ones available. She made sure I received 1 of each mini in the 2 happy meals I ordered like I had requested. The food was hot & fresh. I am definitely going back to this Mcdonalds.
4/6/25 at 5:50pm. I don’t know if he’s the manager, but I believe his name was Daniel. Asian guy. He was so warm and friendly. He called me “love” and gave me extra sauce (feels silly I know) but he was a breath of fresh air from what you come to expect of fast food joints. The guy who took my order was very nice also. I unfortunately didn’t get his name. They were so so nice. I left smiling from ear to ear. I’ve never left a 5 star review at a fast food restaurant...
I just had the best customer service experience! The staff here is so full of energy and incredibly friendly. Honestly, this is the best service I've ever received from a franchise. They really know how to make you feel welcome!
