4/6/25 at 5:50pm. I don’t know if he’s the manager, but I believe his name was Daniel. Asian guy. He was so warm and friendly. He called me “love” and gave me extra sauce (feels silly I know) but he was a breath of fresh air from what you come to expect of fast food joints. The guy who took my order was very nice also. I unfortunately didn’t get his name. They were so so nice. I left smiling from ear to ear. I’ve never left a 5 star review at a fast food restaurant...
I just had the best customer service experience! The staff here is so full of energy and incredibly friendly. Honestly, this is the best service I've ever received from a franchise. They really know how to make you feel welcome!
I’ve been to many mcdonald’s over the years in many different locations and this one was the best one i’ve been to ever. I rarely write reviews but I want people to visit this location! The workers were so nice and welcoming. The lobby was clean. Their kiosk had an error and I couldn’t order but it was resolved immediately !
