Mì Vịt Tiềm not good like it used to be, the broth taste like salt and water, no flavor. They charge a dollar for ice water. I didn’t have cash so i paid with card, they up charged .75 cents without notify me, bad customer service also. So beware.

I had lunch here on July 2, 2023 and almost swallowed clear plastic from my duck noodle soup. The chew was tough so I spat it out and sure enough it was a 4 inch long clear plastic trash. I told the cashier and waiter about this nasty experience and they didn't bother to say sorry, and they still rung up the bill. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend this place.

Overall, the experience we had here was okay. We only ordered Mì vịt tiềm, which was the only item that people recommended us to be good here. Their mì vịt tiềm tasted great, the broth was rich in flavor, slightly chewy noodles and soft duck meat. We have no complaints about the food we ordered. However, their service was a bit off. We saw the owner(or maybe manager) and workers speaking loudly at each other, scrambling to find order receipts and that did not add any positive value to our experience as customers, and overall not a good look. Those practices should be behind-the-scene only. Also, it was weird to me that they are still charging people for just plain water. Will we ever come back? Maybe to order takeout, but I’m not that thrilled to come back here.

The flavor is not as good as before; little salty. The cashier girl is very rude and unfriendly.

I love this place. I always get the hu tieu mi dac biet hoanh thanh which has everything: both egg and rice noodles, meat, seafood, and wonton. It only comes in large size and it's the perfect size for me to satisfy my cravings. Easy parking and no wait. Fast and yummy so you won't be hangry lol

This place has really gone downhill. Our usual choice, Hu Tieu De Nhat, on Garden Grove blvd was closed on Tuesday so we went for something nearby and convenient and this place used to be okay. It has ventured from okay to extremely mediocre. The flavor was so so bland, the squid was no good, extremely chewy and a little odd tasting so we abandoned. Never to return again.

My Vi Gia #1 has far better tasting food. This place has better parking. Both restaurants are absolutely filthy and it's clear the owners literally never eeeeeeevvver clean anything.

My 2nd noodle place to go if #1 is closed. The food is decent and wish the table and settings are a bit cleaner.

My go to for some "mi kho" or combination dry egg noodles with a side of soup. I also sometimes mix it up and get the hu tieu or the thick white noodles. The combination noodles come with shrimp, pork, fatty pieces, liver, squid and special sauce. Nice and tasty! The restaurant is one you could characterize as a hole in the wall. The restaurant is a bit grungy, hot, and out dated, so most of the time I do order take out. They do take credit cards but there is a surcharge.

mi seafood. number 11. this place sucks. 75 cent charge for using your credit card even on an order over $10. $1 extra charge for costco bottled water. small is really small soo if you're hungry order a large. food is good but i prefer the other my vi mi gia on brookhurst.

I don't write many reviews but this place was so bad I feel obligated to write something to warn you all how bad it was. I already had a feeling it wasn't gonna be great from the pics I saw but my brother really wanted to try it. 1. I got the hu tieu dac biet and it was very very veryyyy bland. So bland that I put 4 heaping spoons of chili just to taste SOMETHING 2. The shrimp in my hu tieu was rotten. Took one bite and it left such a bad taste in my mouth. 3. My brother got stir fry noodle (mi xao) and half of the plate was just liquid sauce, which was also sooo bland and not thick and very diluted so it didn't bind to the noodles at all. It was $16 too, def not worth the price 4. My brother found a hair in his noodles 5. They charge for everything, even water. Additional pork rind topping was $3 Def would not come back. Plenty of other better hu tieu/viet places around to eat at
