Ordered the jjajang combo with fried pork w/ sweet sour sauce. The noodles itself is enough to feed 2 people. The combo doesn't have the spicy variant so the lady was nice enough to provide red pepper flakes for us to add in. The fried pork isn't as crispy as I had wanted it to be but the sauce that comes with it is enough to satisfy. Prices here aren't that expensive compared to other places and there was a good amount of older folks sitting down enjoying the food as we waited for our food

There are several of these name brand restaurants in OC and LA but I assure you that this one is the best. Fried dumpling and Jjampong are the best. You should try to understand what I mean.

I ordered delivery it was pretty good ordered the jjajangmyeon it was delicious portion was HUGE like enough for two or three people… the only downside is the portion size if you are one person trying to quiet down a craving ? cause then youll have to eat it for two or three days. Great

The price is too cheap. The atmosphere is in the Asian restaurant store. You can save money because there is no separate tip.

Yes their JajiangMeon is pretty bomb. I've had it in restaurants before but this place is the best for the Black Bean Noodle, and Mandu (pan fried dumplings) just the best!

This is an overdue customer service experience from 7/24/22. I went to the first line I saw with less people. The customer in front of me was having a difficult time with the cash rep. The cashier rang up the customer wrong for the fresh foods (from where you can hand select and control the weight yourself). She kept using the same SKU for the fresh foods when each item has its own. The customer tried defending herself but the cashier kept telling the customer they were wrong and didn’t know how to package the fresh foods. I heard the cashier speak Vietnamese so I tried translating for the customer. The cashier chose to yell back at me in Vietnamese telling me to stop helping. The customer said, “thank you for helping but my goodness she’s getting mad at both of us.” Once the cashier yelled at me I took my items off the conveyor belt and went to another line. Why am I going to stay in line and have to deal with a rude cashier? The next cashier I went to was having issues with the customer in front of me too. Even though I can’t understand Korean, I could tell the cashier was being rude to the customer based on her tone and visible frustration. The customer was trying to defend herself. Instead of asking for help or asking a manager to work with the customer she kept getting visibly annoyed with not being able to process the transaction. The line behind me started to get super super long. With it being a weekend the majority of markets usually have more people on hand, no matter large chain or small chain. I asked the cashier if there were any other cashiers available. I had to speak loudly as with a longer line the noise increased and the cashier would not give me the time of day, I did not yell at her. Her response to me in an angry tone was, “NO! If you want to go to another line then go.” I told her, “I can’t really do that because there’s only one other cash rep with a long line too. I’m also asking cause there’s a lot of people waiting, it’s not just me.” She continued to shout at me in defense, ultimately berating me in front of everyone. To publicly humiliate someone, let alone a stranger is such an inhumane thing to do. I stood my ground. I asked her without channeling her anger, “why are you yelling at me? Why are you yelling at a customer? I’m trying to help other customers here.” She then scolded, “You are such a rude customer, bad attitude!!!!!” This interaction continued as she still couldn’t help the same customer in front of me. Once she finally told (not asked) the customer to go off to the side for manager assistance, I thought inside great now I have to deal with this woman. She started ringing up my items in silence but her face said otherwise. I shook my head in disappointment, moved the pay terminal to me cause she wouldn’t and of course she had something to say about that and continued to vocally paint me as the worst customer in the world. All I said in response was, “you know I don’t appreciate your tone with me. Is that how you speak to all customers?” Even though she was bullying me I felt embarrassed for her. I walked over to the manager, although it was someone who was covering for the actual store manager. I explained to them what happened with both cash reps. I basically said their behavior is unacceptable customer service and an employee should never yell at a customer. He kept telling me it’s a stressful job and he’ll talk to them, all at the same time slowly walking me out of the store. I didn't initiate any verbal or physical abuse yet they treated me like a criminal. I am2nd gen Vietnamese American and have never had a similar overall experience in Little Saigon. To management of this Arirang Market and all Arirang Markets, please review all of your current and new hires. I am embarrassed you cannot hire mindful and accountable employees who understand the meaning of ‘customer service.’ I’ve worked customer service the last 10 years in different business sectors (i.e. retail, banking, investments, tech, & health/wellness) and have never once spoke to a customer in the same
