Everything we ordered was delicious (Double Hamachi roll, Dragon's Breathe roll, Fried Chicken Bao, and Wagyu Ribeye). What made our dining experience even better was our server, Ryan. He recommended both the Double Hamachi roll and Fried Chicken Bao — those were our two favorite items of the entire meal. Thank you so much, Ryan!
Amazing food, ambience, and service. Now on our list of places we have to go to when we are in the area!
Our waiter, Kota was absolutely amazing. It was first experience of my husband's birthday and we will definitely be back!
My sushi was not fresh. I literally ate one piece off of the entire roll and nobody even asked if I liked it. I'm not wanting to complain, but it was just disappointing. Service was very slow.
Food was mediocre at best. We ordered a variety of dishes from appetizers, sides, noodles, and sushi and the best flavored dish was the side of brussel sprouts. Extremely overpriced for the quality though everything looked pretty the flavors were blah. Also had several items not get put in for order throughout the meal so we had to ask about them when everything else was eaten. I was shocked after the reviews and ratings we had checked prior to our visit. It was not busy at all either. Definitely won't be back.
Husband and I dined here before our trip to Disneyland. It's a very cute spot with lots of food choices and attentive staff. Fun decor.
Our brunch was not only super yummy and delicious but also one of the most heartwarming experiences for me. At the end of our meal the waiter asked my husband and I if we were celebrating something special and it just so happened that we were there to celebrate the end of my cancer treatment. I had been wanting king crab legs and they did not disappoint! Upon hearing this the waiter brought us out a sweet mochi ice cream dessert and then proceeded to inform us that the manager would be covering our meal as a congratulations. This brought me to tears as I was so touched by their generosity and heart. As I thanked the manager he said that they wanted to do whatever they could to make their customers happy and that it was his pleasure as cancer has touched his family as well. I was planning to return to Nova Kitchen again already but even more so now. I will make sure to let everyone know that this is a restaurant with heart and I will forever be touched by their gesture as it was the sweetest reminder that there are so many kind people out there.
Disappointed. From the time we sat down, it was almost 30 mins before we even got our drink order. Shaking Beef was very tasty. Kung Pao chicken was tender and flavorful (but drowning in sauce unfortunately). Pork belly bao was a waste of time and came out cold & mushy. We left very disappointment in our Christmas evening dinner.
Absolutely amazing night, our server had really great recommendations. I would definitely be back here.

Ambiance was great. Music was not too loud and we were able to carry a conversation without having to raise our voices. Loved the handing lights in one of the sections. Giant video wall was not distracting at all. Having distinct sections would make it easy to cordon off for private group functions. It was relayed to us that there was only an hour left into the brunch buffet but all the options were still available until last call, which they did not do util 15 minutes before actually ending the brunch buffet. And with such a busy location, it’s great that the restaurant provides validated parking so we didn’t have to pay those fees.
Great mix of western and Asian options: kudos to having Filipino tocino and longganisa! The cold seafood bar was the highlight - was fresh and constantly replenished! Good amount of dipping sauces to choose from that went well with the items. Dessert options could've been better, they were mostly dry and stale. Drinks were slightly on the sugary side, but awesome that they can be with or without alcohol. Unfortunately, we cannot remember the names of our two servers but they were awesome and efficient! They collected plates and garbage (we ate a lot of crab legs!) and refilled drinks often – even urged us to return and get more food!
It was the perfect location for our little group to catch up and reminisce about the past 30+ years of friendship! Can't wait to come back with more of our classmates and their families and enjoy the great service, food and drinks!

I had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. But what really made my visit special was my server, Ryann. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. His service really elevated the whole meal.
I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

Omakase uses extremely ordinary fish like salmon and tuna. Cuts were thin and petty. Not authentic. Fusion food: pork bao and chicken bao are better than the sushi and sashimi Service is slow, but very friendly.
Food was delicious with reasonable prices for the quality. Service was slightly lacking not sure it was because I look young and am assumed to not have as much money or if my choice of clothing was a factor, but wait staff ignored me for 30 minutes while I tried to order an entree and drinks. Not the first or only restaurant to do so but did slightly sour the experience.
