Our party of 4 had a reservation at 5:45, and we were seated promptly by a very friendly hostess. Our server was very attentive and made good suggestions regarding the menu when we asked. We ordered the mushroom toast, brussel sprouts, scallops, and salmon skin salad for starters. Everything was very tasty. The salmon skin was a little overly crispy and dry but still a good salad. We also ordered the Korean short ribs, salmon, and duck for entrees. They were all delicious, and the portions were fairly generous, especially the short ribs. The bus boy and waiter kept our water glasses filled and switched out our small plates for clean ones. The only negative I have to say is that the lighting was a little too low. It was somewhat hard to read the menu in such dark lighting. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal and entire experience and would come again.

The ambiance is very cool. It feels like a John wick movie. The food was not good. I don't like how meals come out as they are ready because some of us were done eating before others had their meal. I have had better sushi in Virginia. Not worth the cost at all.

Cocktails and ambiance were great. Service was initially good but then they forgot about us at the end and we waited a long time for the check, more than 20 minutes after they cleared the plates. Food was good, but could have been more flavorful.

Great for parties and one on ones, lucky enough did not go during peak hours so service was great.

Very unique Asian fusion restaurant. They accommodated our Gluten Free needs with a custom chicken and rice dish. We just spoke with our server about the allergy. Only downside was it was very loud and hard to hear and talk.

We happened to arrive early on a Tuesday for HH (5pm to be exact), after of convention let out.
They open at 4pm daily and offer happy hour until 6pm. Great spot for really tasty rolls and other Asian Fusion items. The Wasabi could have been better but they did have a fresh option but was prepared differently than I've ever tried. It almost reminded me of Slasa Verde (by appearance) but had a better "kick" than the other Wasabi that came with the rolls and soy sauce.

But the crafted drinks (shown) definitely were on point & the HH options were just what we needed! Check em' out if you're in the area!

Been here for times. The first time was very impressive with everything, but then it's all downhill. I was here for my father's day brunch and it was all disappointing. The food was below average, we were there at 10:30 I. The morning, but the beef looks like it's been sitting on the cutting board all day. I'm not sure how much longer this place will be in business if this is how they run it.

The food was absolutely terrible. Sushi roll was served with no soy sauce. It was dry and tasted terrible. Why are the servers wearing bright blue nitrile gloves at the table when they are a server?!?! What is this a hospital?? And then when the server went to pick up our plates he stopped and proceeded to put a new pair of gloves on and it was silly. I thought I was going to get an exam or something hahaha. This place is laughable and I would never recommend it.

It has a lovely ambiance inside, so I was scared that the food wouldn't be good (if you've been to a certain Japanese/Asian fusion restaurant in Hollywood with a view, you know what I mean), but I was wrong. My party ordered a variety of things from the menu and they were all delicious (mushroom toast, dry wings, fried calamari, deep dish tuna pizza, Hokkaido scallops, dan dan noodles, miso cod, Korean short ribs, and double hamachi roll). Their drinks are also really pretty and tasty (kind of dangerous, ha). I'd go here again.

What makes Nova Kitchen even more special is its Sip and Sushi specials during happy hour. It's an absolute treat! The combination of expertly crafted sushi and perfectly paired drinks at such a great price is unbeatable. The atmosphere is lively yet cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that your dining experience is top-notch. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just starting to explore this amazing cuisine, Nova Kitchen will not disappoint. Highly recommend trying the BTS ROLL and their signature cocktails. Went there for dinner and a few drinks. The Dinner and dessert were great, and the few drinks I had were spot on. The staff was great, and entertaining. I will return when I come back to the area!

We didn't eat at all. My date and I went to go try the drinks. Usual pricing you'd get in any nice restaurant. We chose probably the sweetest ones but you can definitely taste the alcohol in them. The food did sound and look good, next time forsure going to dine in. Just be prepared for that receipt at the end of the night. Also bring in your parking ticket, they validate.
