Ate there twice. Food was good, loved that there were vegetarian and vegan options. The best part, the staff. The first time we had Nico as our server, the second time we had Tracey. Both of them were excellent! Much better than the average server!
Vegetarian options: They have impossible meat for the burgers. Also, they had vegan ravioli. Both were good.

This place has room for serious growth. Overall wish went somewhere else. Took around five minutes to acknowledge I was there and then another twenty plus minutes for my food. Even then had to wait longer for the server to bring me a steak knife.

Staff does not know the prices to their own drinks and get bothered when you ask. I ordered a beer bottle to make it easy for them, especially since there were beers in the fridge right behind him that i could see. They take my order and just walk away, took them 5 mintues to come back from the back with an already opened beer bottle. Again this was very confusing to me since there was a fully stocked frige with beer right behind them, that i saw them serving everyone else from. In the end I didn't trust that they didn't do something to my beer so I didn't even drink it. Very suspicious and predatory behavior if you ask me. I do not recommend going to women who are alone.

Located inside the Hyatt Hotel lobby. Came here twice while staying at the hotel. First night a nice woman helped us and she was very attentive. The drinks were ok and the food was nothing special. Pork tacos had minimal flavor just like the burger. On the third night, I came down and waited every bit of 15mins to order a drink. The male server acknowledged being there and saying 'I'll be right there". Granted, he was nice- although seemed way too overwhelmed for the few people that were there. Mean while it seemed the manager or lead wasn't doing their job and the bartenders were not that overwhelmed with drinks- as I was watching the bartenders drink printer. Ordered an Old fashioned- which had far too much bitters and ruined the bourbon. Also ordered the truffle fries and for the price, definitely not worth it at all. Overall, the ease of being in the lobby is nice. However, I'd probably plan another place near by in my next visit.

I came in early December and first dined on the first night of their new menu. I really enjoyed it. I got a quesadilla and it was really flavorful and tasted amazing. A bit on the expensive side, however.

OC Brewhouse is located inside the Hyatt Regency Orange County's lobby. We decided to go downstairs for a late dinner while staying at the hotel. The wife ordered the peperoni pizza and I had the restaurant's burger and fries. The wife said the pizza was average and my burger was alright. I think the service could have been more friendly and faster. We had to wait for quite a while to be served and a long time just to get our ticket. If we stayed at the hotel again, we probably would not return to OC Brewhouse unless it was our only option.
