The restaurant is spacious and airy, the food is delicious, the small dishes are great, especially the Octopus hot pot with a unique delicious taste, with great service. Will come back and recommend to friends.

Friendly service, good hot pot
We like to come here once in a while for special occasions although sometimes more than that when we want to treat ourselves as they do tend to be in the pricy side. The staff are friendly and treat us like family. One time I wore a white shirt since I didn't expect for us to end up eating here and they brought out an apron for me to wear. They also have some available for other customers too which is a thoughtful sweet gesture. They're attentive and clear out empty plates along with making sure we have enough water/broth for our hot pota

When I crave for Marinated Soy Sauce Crab and the Spicy Beef Ribs Stew Soup then I go to my favorite Korean known best for their Stew and Soy Sauce and Spicy Crab. The Soy Sauce Crab was shipped all the way from Korea so the price was a little expensive for just 1 crab is $47. But tasted hella good lol. I just wish they have more alcohol selections besides soju and beer cuz I get headache with soju the next day and I don’t drink beers. I was never a beer person that’s why lol. Staffs nice. Food’s great.

WE ARE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, who just won our game and won a little bit reward from the game after a hard training, so we decided to treat ourselves with the money saving as a student.
Okay, we just finished our food and to be honest cannot even swallow anymore since the waiter ladies one tall and another lady wears glasses were so bully, and rude to us. We all are wearing our soccer uniform when we came in. They have the camera :). They know we are student, so we ordered a small side hot pot with 6 people, the lady was getting mad at us “huh???? SMALL???!!” We was like “whatttt?” From that momment, she was bullying and rude to us so bad and ignored most of our request and blaming us for eating MEDIUM side as a student with NOT MUCH MONEY THAT EARN AND BARELY BE BE ABLE TO SAVE. With six, we do not even be able to finish the whole pot.
After finished, she kept checking the hot pot to see how much we ate, and I do believe that we not even in there 30 minutes last. And ready standing at the door to wait for us.
We were so scared when the ladies treated us like we are some homeless come to eat the food.
It seems like most of the bad reviews are real, they even chased us for the tip and yes we tip 18% under the law.
WILL NEVER COME BACK

We’ve been to this Korean hotpot place many times and it never disappoints. Every time we get the short rib and octopus hotpot, added bean sprouts and ramen — everything was flavorful and satisfying. The fried rice at the end is always a must; they make it perfectly crispy on the pan.
I’ve seen a number of one-star reviews complaining about the service, but honestly, we’ve never had a bad experience. The two Korean ajummas running the place may not be overly warm, but they’ve always been attentive — we’ve never had issues getting refills on broth or side dishes. They get the job done, and that’s what matters.

The service attitude at this store is very poor. I brought my service dog into the store to eat, but she told me it was not allowed and kept saying “no” to me. I explained that my dog has certificates, yet she still refused. I’m not sure if this behavior is illegal, but it is extremely disrespectful. She didn’t even look me or my dog in the eye and refused to accommodate my service dog. I can’t comment on the food, but I can only say that the attitude was extremely bad.

This is the best korean hot pot place that I have been. We order the beef rib and octopus hot pot. The broth was so flavourful. It is so much better to eat with ramen. I would recommend the fried rice which they will mix with the broth and cook it on the pot after you’re done eating. The cons are that the restaurant is small and always crowded, so the wait is long. The price is on the higher side, especially if you go with 2 people. Would recommend go in with a big group and share the hot pot.

It's a house with a good feel.
It's been a while since I ate a delicious home-cooked meal and I was full.
I added more other ingredients (vegetables & tofu) than the main ingredients. There was 1/4 tofu in the stew. The bathroom facilities are old. The sign clearly shows its age. Because it was an old restaurant, I enjoyed it while thinking about what I ate in Korea. The ending to the meal was sikhye on ice, which was delicious.

I mainly ate seafood stew, but now I like braised ribs more. I have no doubt that it is the most popular menu item^^

In a small shopping plaza in Garden Grove is one of the more interesting Korean restaurants. They are known for the different casseroles. We ordered the spicy seafood casserole @spice level mild. Koreans food can be as hot as your palate can handle, mild is good for me. The side dishes are great and can steal the show. I love the corn on an iron plate with melted cheese.
The main dish is really good, soup satisfy and at the end of the meal. The leftover soup could be made into a fried rice or we can add ramen. We chose the latter, ramen absorbed all the seafood and flavor of the broth. Picture speaks a million words.
Service is good and all the waitresses are happy to give you extra napkins, chopsticks that we dropped on the floor and refill on water.
