A hidden gem that is actually well hidden! My wife and I stopped by OniGuru and each tried four different Onigiri flavors. The flavors were fun, delicious, and filled us up! Luckily, we arrived on Labor Day, so the line was non-existent, thus it took under five minutes for our food to arrive.
This place is a modest sized booth inside a shared common area meant for gatherings and business events. Definitely don’t be intimidated by the parking nor the view from Google Maps.
I would definitely visit again and wish Houston had a similar establishment!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious, the place was clean and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the owner. Such a kind, respectful, and professional person who genuinely cares about his customers.
You can really feel the passion and dedication in every detail. I highly recommend this place — not just for the great food, but also for the warm hospitality. Definitely coming back again!

No way you can eat the triangle handheld without it falling apart. I'd opt for the bowl nx time. Tastes average.
It was great, it will be my favorite place, eat edamame, my advice to everyone
we asked if the food came with soy sauce, the worker said no. so we begrudgingly bought $2 truffle soy sauce.
when we went to pick up our order, there were soy sauce packets available. got straight up scammed.
it was pretty good but not that much meat. you can definitely make this at home for a quarter of the price.

Stumbled upon this place with serendipity! They had a happy hour special for three onigiris. All were huge and delicious. Recommend the tuna mayo and teriyaki salmon. I am taking a date here next time!

I stopped into Steelcraft for tacos, and while waiting I saw a new (to me)shop ad opened up. I went over to look and was happy to see they had many vegan offerings. I decided to try their V Onigiri. The rice was a little dry I kinda wish it were more like a sushi rice, but I know nothing of this cuisine. The V filling was corn, edamame and carrots, those had a decent flavor to them. I am guessing these are their side dishes added to the rice ball as a vegan option. After ordering and paying I noticed a picture of the cucumber salad and I asked about it and she responded that it was vegan and then gave me a side free of charge. It was really good. My daughter was in agreement, we shared everything since I had already ordered tacos from another shop😄 Over all the service was good and as was the food. Nest time I think I will order more of the sides and the truffle soy to dip my rice Onigiri in.
Excellent new place
