My wife and I visited their Garden Grove location to celebrate my wife’s 70th birthday. It was lunch time, so we both ordered the Unlimited soup and salad combo (required an up-charge of $2.00 each).The potato soup was very watery and had no flavor. The blue cheese wedge salad was good, but hard to eat on the small plate.We then ordered the French onion soup, which was ok, but again had very little flavor. I ordered the blue cheese pecan salad, which was soggy and tasted terrible. My wife ordered the chili, which was so hot neither one of us could eat it.As previously stated, the unlimited soup and salad had an up-charge of $2.00, which we thought was a great deal added to the advertised price of $10.99.As I took a closer look at the menu to select other soups and salads, I discovered the blue cheese salads had an additional up-charge of $2.99 each and the French onion soup also had an up-charge of $2.99 each. My wife and I both assumed the $2.00 unlimited up-charge covered all the soups and salads. We were shocked, as with all the up-charges we could have ordered Steak and Lobster.Not a great experience.

Worse hostess, our server was nice by never came by to see if we needed refills on drink waited an hour for our dinner. Over heard a customer ask if the kitchen was back up she said no It took them awhile to get what she ask for. Husband steak was over cook Macaroni Cheese was dry

First time ever at an Outback because I wanted the shark toy drink, Cindi was our server and we loved her attitude and attention to detail! The food was good, got a burger, and of course i enjoyed my shark as well as my shirley temple. I love a server with a great personality! My dad liked her hair too :^) would love to come back!

Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my dining experience truly exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations for drinks. Their professionalism and efficiency ensured that I had a wonderful time. John, the owner, also came by to say hi which u really enjoyed. I highly recommend visiting and sitting at the bar to enjoy Karim and Christina’s excellent service!
