Manager for today need to learn how manage busy lunch hours. You know it is a busy hrs so prepare ahead with a happy face. Food already prepared and yet people leaving behind me because of the wait. On top of that why it is so inconsistent in food. Your manager needs attention!

Cannot beLIEVE I just spent $15 of my hard earned cash for the 4 minutes it took to finish the over spiced over sugared over salted pittance of an entree I was served at this shell of at Panda Express. 25 years ago, I couldn't beLIEVE there was a chain of well proportioned, well prepared Chinese style cuisine in a mall in West LA!! Sad how greed and poor management turn a great idea into the inedible chewy chunks over dried rice I suffered through tonight.

Not enough food prepared ahead of time

Waited 30+ minutes for a single pickup order. Order was ready behind the cashier for about 10 minutes and she just ignored me waiting even though I had asked previously and was told it was still being worked on. I understand being busy but a pickup order is one of the fastest ways to help and clear a customer out since it is paid for and already packed… other restaurants get their take out orders processed much faster and request that customers come to the front to be helped immediately. I ordered pickup literally to save time on both ends since everyone orderes extremely slowly at this location as well…

Shout out to the friendly staff especially the tall Hispanic guy who work in the kitchen and the girl who re-prepared my food. I placed an online order to pick up at 1:00PM but wasn’t able to pick it up until 7:30PM and he offered to re-do a new order for me because it had been sitting there for a while. That’s very kind and thoughtful of you to make sure your customers’ best experience! Thank you so much! 💯

Terrible, went by yesterday. Guy manager serving portions were pathetic. Didn't fill the plates fully. Staff terrible as well, instead of helping they engaged in personal issues with each other. Decided to come here instead of a mom and pop owned chinese food place. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food was amazing here. The temperature and quality of my food were superb. This location was better than other Panda Express in Anaheim. I would say the portion size lacks, but that is all Panda Express locations.
