Not enough food prepared ahead of time

Waited 30+ minutes for a single pickup order. Order was ready behind the cashier for about 10 minutes and she just ignored me waiting even though I had asked previously and was told it was still being worked on. I understand being busy but a pickup order is one of the fastest ways to help and clear a customer out since it is paid for and already packed… other restaurants get their take out orders processed much faster and request that customers come to the front to be helped immediately. I ordered pickup literally to save time on both ends since everyone orderes extremely slowly at this location as well…

Shout out to the friendly staff especially the tall Hispanic guy who work in the kitchen and the girl who re-prepared my food. I placed an online order to pick up at 1:00PM but wasn’t able to pick it up until 7:30PM and he offered to re-do a new order for me because it had been sitting there for a while. That’s very kind and thoughtful of you to make sure your customers’ best experience! Thank you so much! 💯

Terrible, went by yesterday. Guy manager serving portions were pathetic. Didn't fill the plates fully. Staff terrible as well, instead of helping they engaged in personal issues with each other. Decided to come here instead of a mom and pop owned chinese food place. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food was amazing here. The temperature and quality of my food were superb. This location was better than other Panda Express in Anaheim. I would say the portion size lacks, but that is all Panda Express locations.

customer service is terrible. most employees here look annoyed and overpaid. no manager on-site. dinning room dirty table and leaky roof. saw a roach in bathroom. someone call health department. Kung pao chickhen taste burnt, fried rice has no flavor. Go to any other pand express except this one. enter at own risk

Placed an online order and asked if I can pickup early. The cashier said yes so I waited for around 15-20 minutes. Came back and and asked how much longer I have to wait and she said until my pickup time. Why don’t she said that from the beginning. End up cancelled my order and never going back to this location.
