Terrible, went by yesterday. Guy manager serving portions were pathetic. Didn't fill the plates fully. Staff terrible as well, instead of helping they engaged in personal issues with each other. Decided to come here instead of a mom and pop owned chinese food place. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food was amazing here. The temperature and quality of my food were superb. This location was better than other Panda Express in Anaheim. I would say the portion size lacks, but that is all Panda Express locations.

customer service is terrible. most employees here look annoyed and overpaid. no manager on-site. dinning room dirty table and leaky roof. saw a roach in bathroom. someone call health department. Kung pao chickhen taste burnt, fried rice has no flavor. Go to any other pand express except this one. enter at own risk

Worst experience ever!
Placed an online order and asked if I can pickup early. The cashier said yes so I waited for around 15-20 minutes. Came back and and asked how much longer I have to wait and she said until my pickup time. Why don’t she said that from the beginning. End up cancelled my order and never going back to this location.

If I could give negative stars I would I called 20 times from 4 different phones and each time the woman pretended she couldn’t hear me but would wait to speak till I was done and wouldn’t cut me off at when saying hello and even answered my question about if she could hear me and answered me but then said hello again and hung up and this happened every single time on every single phone and I could hear her absolutely perfectly. I could even hear them laughing in the background and then them trying and putting me on hold and then taking it off and listening and laughing when I was still trying to talk to them.

I can't believe I found hair in my food yesterday!! And not only that but staff not paying attention on what they doing. What's going on with panda Express!? They just to be so good at all services. Now they do stingy with the food portions and staff hygiene is questionable as the attitude. Very disappointed!! Smh?
