We all love Panda Express in my family tonight we went there for takeout. It took a long time to get our food they filled the boxes half way and while waiting for last items left the boxes with half the food sitting our waiting for the last item for around 25 minutes food was cold. last but not lease I ordered 2 3 combo dinners spring rolls and wontons, after waiting and getting cold food when I got home I was missing one of my 3 items. It was very frustrating considering how much it cost to eat out for a family.

Ordered online and it said 20 minutes then 2 mins later it said it was ready. I get there and I pick it up, I get home, open up the bag and the tray wasn't even full like usual, I had broccoli with rice chow mein. Very skimpy on all of it all around, then I mentioned I wanted chili sauce and sweet and sour sauce and none of it was in there. What a terrible way to set myself up for a disappointing dinner.

When I first walked in there’s no one in line. It’s just me: it’s not that busy there’s hardly anyone dining in. I wasn’t sure what to order between the Kung pao chicken and orange chicken. I asked the lady who helped me if I can sample the Kung pao chicken without a friendly response she said, “we don’t do sampling here.” I understand some companies don’t allow sampling, it increases the odds of customers trying something new or different from their usual order. Anyway, so forget trying something different, to be safe I stuck to my usual orange chicken and broccoli beef with friend rice and chow mein noodles. The guy cashier was much nicer and didn’t have a sour look on his face so at least it was a 100% bad customer experience. Working in food and hospitality service is key. I know it’s not a nice dine in restaurant, but you should still smile and give great service so customers come back and leave happy.

Management here are unable to fix their undercooked fried rice after many attempts to complain to corporate. Fail to add enough water and simmer their rice. Multiple Raw rice center kernels in every bite. You complain they refuse to acknowledge and fix the issue. Keep serving the same undercooked rice batch and give you a downgraded white rice.

If you like going through a drive thru where they always seem to mess something up. This is the place for you. 0 for 5. I asked for a plate with half fried rice and super greens and they gave me fried rice and chow mein. I think they ran out of greens and instead of asking me to wait, they gave me something I didn't want. I don't mind pulling around to wait up front if it means my order is correct.

Service and atmosphere were okay. The server was friendly, place was clean. However, food was a bit overpriced. We really only went here to use the $25 gift card. For the combo, they charge extra $1.50 for each shrimp dish. Kung pao chicken was flavorful but why cut the chicken into very tiny pieces, close to minced chicken. Perhaps to fit better in their tiny container? Ended up paying over $30 for 2 combos for the quantity, it's a bit overpriced. Will not likely returning.
