I’ve been a long time customer, and my family has always enjoyed the food. We typically get the Family Dinner for 4. Always as expected, and the people running this shop have always been kind and friendly. Thank you!!

Came here at 1130pm on Tuesday night and was greeted with such kindness. Recently traveled to Mexico and decided to go to Disney while having travelers tummy problems so I needed to have soup!

We got the package a? That came with soup, fried rice, two entrees. My boyfriend wanted spicy and they gave him spicy :) he was so pleased with the flavor and spice level. The egg drop soup was exactly what I needed and the fried rice was so flavorful.

The service was amazing very nice and definitely recommend for late night eats :)

I have written less than 5 restaurant reviews in the last 10 years, and Panda House is my favorite chinese takeout I have had in that time (maybe longer). This is a great place to satisfy a late night craving. The family running the restaurant are warm, friendly, and make exceptional food. I'm always happy to be greeted by friendly faces when picking up my order.

The cutest little family runs this place and I love it. My fiancé and I feel so welcome and at home when we order from here. The won ton soup is to die for! This is my favorite chinese restaurant in orange county. It will not disappoint you. The portions are generous. You can tell they really put love into this little family restaurant. They warmly welcome you and hand you a menu when you arrive...I tip them every time! They're so adorable and sweet to me!

Ordered through DoorDash driver went to pickup only to find they are closed for two weeks. No notice did not update apps!!!

Orange chicken good

Small mom and pop restaurant food was a little pricey but decent, although the spicy chicken wasn't spicy. the service wasn't bad. I wouldn't dine in though the place was kinda cramped they had what I'm assuming to be one of the employees kid hanging bout playing games on his phone coughing every so often, and the old guy posted at the door made you feel like you're being watched

Wonderful family owned business, a much needed break from all the mainstream places, some of the absolute best asian food I've ever had the waitress was extremely nice and it was decorated beautiful

I've been eating at Panda House for many many years. I've dined in and I've dying out at delivery. They have the most exquisite food I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of different Asian restaurants and I appreciate their hospitality. We always love to go there. I hope other people will try it. I give him a five 10 and more. Thank you

That was…not a great experience. Honestly thankful we didn’t get food poisoning. I guess people like the takeout but they should not a dine in place.

I ordered chicken fried rice, soup and sweet sour chicken from this restaurant. The bag was sealed when delivered by uber eats. My first bite of rice had a tooth crown in it. I called the restaurant and they refused to talk to me saying they don’t have chicken fried rice and threatened to sue me if I post this.

Just flew in and felt like Chinese, was close to where I was staying

Customer service is absolutely terrible. The elderly lady working at the front didn’t speak any English so when I questioned if an order I was picking up to deliver to a customer was accurate, she ran to the back to speak to a gentleman. He came out speaking to her(in a foreign language)but she was still confused. He then became irritated that she kept questioning him as there was 2 orders there both of which were not labeled with customer names or order content info. He turned his attitude towards me as if I was causing a problem. As a delivery driver I was just trying to clarify the order I was picking up was correct for both my customers satisfaction & as is my job to ensure when providing delivery services. He then began yelling at me to confirm my order (which had already been done but he didn’t believe me). I showed him my phone & that I had confirmed the order.. at that point my app was on a screen to ‘confirm delivery’ but he still thought it was to confirm pickup & he followed me halfway out the door continuing to yell at me about what i needed to do. I informed him i had done my job correctly & he was directing his anger at the wrong person as I was only trying to confirm my customers order was correct & that he needed to ensure the front of the house had their part in order to prevent these issues going forward & left. He was extremely hostile, rude & inappropriate. I would never recommend anyone to go there after my encounter with them & their unprofessionalism.
