Pretty good place. The #3 pho had good flavor and sate was available which is a huge plus in my book. Authentic taste and lots of garnishes to choose from. Nothing wrong with the service but don’t expect to be coddled. The only negative about this place is the cleanliness. I would definitely come back here.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I ordered the large #2 combo which had every kind of meat they offer including tripe. When you place your order they ask if you want fresh or warm bean sprouts which I thought was a nice touch. Also I elected for the fresh wide noodles. The Thai tea came with crushed ice. The environment was clean and the staff was very friendly. Tons of parking.

Warning: If you have a dog and want to go to Pho Hoa Soan for free, don't do it or you will be humiliated.The story is that today I went to eat Pho and saw the restaurant listed on the sign that "today's sausage is free" so I asked. In my mind, I thought that bringing it back to the dog at home would make him happy. So when I finished eating, I went to pay and asked for a box to take home. The cashier (long black hair and glasses) seemed unhappy and said that only the package would fit. Thank you properly. After putting it in the bag, I was afraid the bones would burst, so I went back to ask for another bag. Because I still plan to go around and buy things.She was visibly upset and said that the sausage was supposed to be free and was only allowed to be eaten on the spot and not taken home, waving her hand away as if she didn't want to give it away. After thinking about it, I still got the package for you. Maybe I should just throw away the bones.I don't know if she saw this post or not. Please text me how much money I should have paid for the 2 packs and the free sausage that I shouldn't have taken home. Whenever I pass by, I'll pay. I often go to the market nearby. It’s the best traditional Pho from the North of Vietnam in South California. I usually order Special Pho with fresh noodle. Oh my, I enjoyed it until the last drop of soup. I highly recommend it for people who want to find the best Pho in Orange County, CA.

Kid (boy) served table. Pho is too dark and salty. Hot sauce plate shared with other tables. That's ridiculous.
