This pho is delish, a big bowl full of various cuts of beef, tasty broth, rice noodle cooked just right, the best pho bac in OC. I could only ate half of the large $14 bowl, packed half to go.

Pho 45: Fast, Friendly, and Delicious

Pho 45 in Garden Grove is a gem for Vietnamese food lovers. The service is incredibly quick, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Most importantly, the pho is absolutely delicious. With its flavorful broth, tender meat, and fresh herbs, it's a must-try for anyone in the area.

Another solid pho restaurant in a very saturated market of Orange County. This place is able to hold its own and I would recommend it amongst the other greats

Pho Dac Biet: Get
It's a relatively clean broth that's mildly sweet and doesn't have too much msg. It's loaded with lots of meat and definitely request all the onions, sauces, sides to throw in

Service is straightforward and what you would expect from a Vietnamese restaurant. Friendly and polite but some interactions can be short and straight to the point. I requested a drink but it never came so....

Solid spot, found the pho broth to have a light flavor and also a nice amount of meats which was great. I also haven't had a stir fry noodle dish at a Vietnamese restaurant that wasn't garlic noodles so tried the special here too with beef, and it was pretty great. Similar in flavor to a pad thai but with a nice slurry in the sauce to create a thick, gravy-like base. My dish funny though, had one baby corn and one mushroom lol, feel like at least give me two please?

The service was really nice and I love these kind of walk in mom pop restaurants so for me, nothing beats that kind atmosphere for a restaurant like this. The prices here are pretty great!

I think they have changed owner or cook since I was last there. The beef is not as fresh as it used to be, no flavor. The restaurant not as busy as before. So disappointed. But I have to mention about the price, not as high as other Pho places in OC.

We ordered the pho dac biet #1 large, #20 grilled pork fried egg over rice and spring rolls. We asked for extra bowls for our kids and to our surprise they brought the bowls filled with soup and noodles for our kids comped at no cost. They also have free iced green tea which my wife and I loved. The soup is very clean and rich with spices. Beef meat is also very abundantly added a lot more than what we see in nor cal pho shops.

I’ve had quite a bit of pho from several different countries, states, and cities. I can confidently say that pho 45 is on my top 3 list.

I appreciate their consistency in taste, generous portions, and good service. As a parent, I also appreciate that they, most of the time, give you a complimentary kid’s noodle when you dine with your toddler.

I’ve been a few times, and they have always been good. This place is in the upper tier in OC. First, more authentic Asian restaurants are not known for their service so don’t expect someone checking on you every five minutes. After all, you came here for the food! I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, and it didn’t disappoint. Although, I did see they had oxtail. Maybe next time!

Been ordered here for years. And idk what’s going on but it’s not how it used to be. It’s beef broth, why is the broth so yellow this time. It’s like chicken can broth with msg.. and the noodles is old. Noodle broken apart into tiny pieces. It likes when u have leftover noodle and put them in the freezer and use it a week later :(

Best Pho I’ve ever had. My partner and I were driving around and found this place. It took maybe 4 minutes to order and get it. Everything was hot and fresh. I’ve tried several other Pho places between Cali and Texas, and never enjoyed it. This place brought me to tears ? literally (cause it was so good!

The first time, I made the pho meatball to go. It was very good. Then I went there again for the second time dine in, the meat ball was not it, tastes mediocre. Then when I got home I had diarrhea, I don't know if it was my stomach or it was the pho.
