My girlfriend and I found this place by chance and I am SO glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing! The owner came out to our table and talked to us. He's such a friendly guy. The chef came out and talked to us for a bit too. We had to wait for our table for a few minutes when we 1st got there, but I definitely know why. This place is small, but consistently steady with business. I HIGHLY recommend this place and we will definitely be back again!

I can only give one star. I was deceived by the high score. The pictures in the store are inconsistent with the actual situation. The ingredients in this store are terrible. You can’t bite them. The vegetables are not fresh. They only accept cash and debit cards. The unreasonable napkins cannot be taken out. , the hand was injured, although the waiter was polite, but the overall feeling was very bad, not recommended, failed attempt

We were the only guests during weekend dinner time. Ordered a Pho cost 22 dollars, the taste was average, but the price much higher than others. Cash or debit card only!!! It seems high ratings are also unreliable.

The food is over priced and yet, the quality is terrible! I’m wondering how they got 4.6 as a review. There was WAYY to many fat in the meat! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!

Flew from Boston with my GF for vacation and was blown away by the taste of their Pho. My GF is Vietnamese and she agrees it's one of the best she's ever had. The chef is a very nice guy who took time to speak with us and tell us about the area.

The pho here is famous for using wagyu. The broth was decent. However the noodles were so soggy and overcooked, i couldn't finish it.They also have quail here which is decent. I got the spicy quail but i think i should have just got the regular.

Visiting from Chicago and came here after having a bowl of pho from Pho Akaushi at the Little Saigon Night Market back in the summer 2023.The entrance is a bit hard to find but it’s under one roof combined with a seafood restaurant. When we entered, we were greeted by the owner who was very friendly. He was adamant about reviewing the food but was never pushy in any way but rather told us to give our truthful opinions. The owner told us that the meat was high-quality meat which is why the prices are higher than most pho places. We ordered the Combination Pho Akaushi which has a mix of different meats in beef broth soup. My first impressions of the combo pho Akaushi is that the meat is high-quality and top notch as the owner said. The meat was super easy to bite into, and super soft. The noodles reminds me of the ones they serve back in Vietnam as they’re the thicker ones and super soft. My only disappointment is the soup, as I felt that it wasn’t as flavorful, wasn’t steeped long enough and tasted watery. We were also offered a sample of their Vietnamese coffee to try and it was delicious. It was creamy how I like it and isn’t as overwhelmingly strong as other places even with the ice in it.

After eating pho for decades you tend to accept the slowly rising prices and same mediocre quality. But finding Pho Akaushi was a wakeup call. The restaurant looks like any other small pho spot from the outside, but the menu includes wagyu. The pho broth is clean and not oily, flavorful and tasty. But the highlight is the meat. The brisket and rib cubes melted in your mouth exactly how wagyu should. It was the most amazing pho meat I have ever had. Pricing was extremely fair for the quality ingredients. Service was good but please be patient as quality does take a bit longer. Highly recommend and is now our goto pho restaurant.

SOOOO DELICIOUS! The broth was flavorful and the meat was very tender! My Aunt Linh and Uncle Paul, from San Jose, came down to visit us and introduced us to this spot. Service was great! They played fun Vietnamese music so it definitely gave me good vibes. We will definitely be back for more :)

This is a true Vietnamese gem. It is like embarking on a global journey without leaving your seat. The chef's mastery of Vietnamese cuisine is unparalleled, crafting dishes that transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Hanoi or the bustling markets of Ho Chi Minh City with even better quality. The Pho here is undoubtedly the very best pho, a symphony of perfectly balanced broth and tender noodles, stands as the epitome of Vietnamese culinary artistry. Beyond the exquisite food, the owner's personal touch radiates warmth, creating an atmosphere where every guest feels like a cherished friend. The positivity and genuine welcome here elevate the dining experience, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking the pinnacle of Vietnamese gastronomy.

Hands down the greatest pho I've had in a very long time... The meat melted in your mouth and the broth was amazing. Pricing was extremely fair and service was on point. This will be our goto pho spot from now on.
