It is a place I definitely want to return to... very quiet, delicious food... excellent, friendly, and fast service.

We arrived on Saturday evening at 10:35 pm before closing. We sat patiently waiting for our order to be taken. My sister and friend decided to share the pork rib pho, while I asked for chicken pho. The waiter told me they only had beef, so I agreed to the beef pho. The waiter already seemed confused, so I made sure to repeat my beef pho order clearly.

After about 15 minutes, he brought out the “pork ribs,” which turned out to be just 3 small pork ribs with hardly any soup in it and no noodles. We looked at each other in confusion, “ Is this all?” Lol We were shocked, since we assumed “pho” automatically came with noodles. When we asked, he just nodded and said it didn’t.

When I asked about my beef pho, I realized he had never placed my order at all, even though I had repeated it. He then called someone from the kitchen who was extremely rude, claiming the waiter had explained that the ribs were only a side dish and didn’t include noodles yet he wasn’t even the one who took our order. He also told us the kitchen was closed and the soup was already poured out, so they couldn’t make anything else.

This was beyond disrespectful. We arrived before closing, waited patiently, and were met with confusion, poor communication, and rudeness. They clearly don’t know how to take proper orders or treat paying customers.

Never again. There are plenty of other pho spots that actually respect their guests, go there instead.

My go-to pho restaurant in the OC! Incredible food arrives quickly for a more than reasonable price. Staff are all very attentive and helpful, and the presentation is wonderful. Also, my food arrived before I could finish writing this review, and you really can't beat that.

Broth is not hot and they dont even have the Sriracha, they used cheap Sriracha from Vietnam

We had an extremely disappointing experience here. After being seated, we waited over 10 minutes before a server even acknowledged us—only to be asked if we had already placed an order, which we had not. Despite arriving well before several other parties, we watched at least four groups who came in after us receive their food, while we continued to wait.

After more than 30 minutes with no food and no meaningful updates from staff, we finally left. The service was unorganized, inattentive, and unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. We will not be returning.

Not the best out of other places I went but it’s ok , at least to me it’s 7/10 for the food , except they will take your coins change to make “even” if you pay cash. This place they accept cash and card but the one in fountain valley only accept card.

First time here and everything was great. The broth is very flavorful and there was no shortage of protein in it. There is only one size, but the one size is enough to get you full. We got the lychee soda and it is very good. It tasted like sparkling lychee juice. Definitely will come again.

Best pho place I have went to in Garden Grove. I usually don’t like eating pho but when my friends and family recommend me Pho Flavor. I was a bit of thrown off since I didn’t like pho. But when I tried Pho Flavor. It was amazing and the staff is super nice. I’m so glad that my friends and family found me this pho place 10/10 would recommend. If your in Garden Grove come try this pho because it is so delicious.
