If for any reason you feel under the weather, and need something warm to fill your tummy. Head over to PHO 99 in Garden Grove. This spot has always always curved my craving for PHO. It was so hot and delicious but it hit the spot . Trust me try it it is so so tasty and flavorful, I had the oxtail my daughter had the meatball with brisket. It was so good.

We used to love this place!! But now it's under new ownership and empty!! DONT WAIST YOUR $$$ HERE. Ordered a large Oxtail soup.. got 2 pieces of meat and a bone. That was not a large!! 15.00?? Nope never again.. It was an order to go. Once at home I almost ? I did call them and of course no manager or owner available.. Their response, " that's our portions" perfect.. By not going there solves the problem..

I have always came here but this time I ordered online and for whatever reason the time changed. I came in to explain and to pick up my food and they wouldn't give it to me and told me to go somewhere else and pick up my food tomorrow.. she literally said I'm trying to cheat her out of money.. omg!!! Ok the manager said I'm trying to cheat and to leave.. I already had paid for my food and now have to wait 3/5 days to get my $80.. back.. all she had to do was confirm pick up.

Very disappointed. This place used to be my favorite place. When the place is good, I will go regardless of the price. When they upped the price due to covid, I had no problem. However, in my most recent visit, I realized that things have changed. The amount of food they serve each dish has been reduced significantly. I do know as I've been coming here for years. The amount of food is pretty bad now. About half of what they used to serve. The most, 2/3. The roles have been shorten. Amount of meat and noodle have been reduced by about 50%. I feel tricked as I used to always come here and expect certain amount of food when ordering certain dishes, and I'm not close being full after ordering extra dish.I am now hunting for a new Pho restaurant and sad to let go of my once favorite Pho restaurant.
The pho is delicious and the customer service is great. I recommend this restaurant if ur looking for bomb Vietnamese dishes

This place was pretty good! Our family was satisfied after eating here. The pho is good, and the rice is delicious. I just would like a little bit more meat in the rice dishes, but otherwise, it is very good.
