I ordered simply 1 pho and 1 lemon soda. They forgot the order while the group table was well-served on my side. They didn’t even give me a cup of water at least. The store was not too busy just moderate enough to be aerved regarly with 4 different servers. They will never come to you before you call.

do not order togo on the phone, woman who usually answers will not remember your order correctly. had to ask them to replace the noodles with the correct kind and they also forgot my drink, which i paid for and did not get

I love their oxtail but is not always available so I called early at 10 AM and ordered to make sure that I have the oxtail ready at 6:30 PM. I was there at 6:30 PM and when I got there, they told me that it was not available. My family and I were expecting this hungrily but I was met with a condescending attitude that I am not getting my order.and not given a so sorry response. I’m so very disappointed and angry I had to control myself. I will try to find another place and if anyone is reading this and you know of another best oxtail food please reply this. This place is great but service sucks!!!

This is hands-down by far the best pho I’d ever had in my life. I’ve been to more then 20 pho restaurants in LA area and this place beats them all. It’s hard for me to give 5 star to a place and this is definitely the place deserves it. The soup tastes outstandingly good. I will dine in next time😂

We been coming here for almost 8 Yrs, always fast seeting. The #2 with Less noddles to enjoy more broth. On the side chili oil, red chili peppers and scissors to cut slices in broth. Two cut chili peppers will add the kick along with the oil, lime, sprouts, basil, extra cilantro. Order two coconut waters and one thai tea. Drink some ? water and mix thai with the coconut water. The best?

The food is mediocre, very little meat even though I ordered the biggest bowl. Things got worse when I noticed the price in the receipt was higher than from the menu. When I asked the server about that, she told me there was an extra charge for "BT" or fresh noodle, even though this is non-standard practice as other places don't have such extra charge. Then they just tossed a $1 bill in front of me without saying a thing.
Excellent place for Pho, especially Crispy Pan Fried Pho.

Been coming to this place with my family since I was a baby. Pretty good pho place compared to other ones in the area. Although it can be pricey the portions and food are great. Would definitely recommend!
Vegetarian options: Many of their dishes that don't include animal based products. Lots of healthy vegetarian ingredients and options.
