I went here for the first time because it was nearby but I had such a negative experience. I ordered the combo pho with thick noodles but received the rare steak pho with thin noodles. The meat quality was good but I waited 25 minutes to receive the wrong order. I think the coffee is premade since they come in bottles but that took 15 minutes as well. The server did not check on us once nor the tables around us since they had empty waters. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t busy at all so I’m wondering how the service was so lacking.

The service and food were good. The meat did not seem as high quality as another redbo we went to. We had the wagyu combo Pho and the wagyu fried rice.

Excellent place to try Pho with Halal Wagyu or Halal brisket. Menu is partially Halal. Definitely worth the visit for the ambiance and experience.

The service quick and the place had a nice chill vibe. The Flaming Wagyu was a nice surprise for my taste and the Pho with Wagyu Oxtail was a decent eat.

We ordered the oxtail pho because pho 79 was too crowded. Ultimately, we were disappointed because the meat did not fall off the bone despite the broth being ok. We should have ordered wagyu. The egg roll appetizer was the highlight of our lunch. They seemed shorthanded because it took them a while to take our order after being seated.

Waited 40 mins,(20 of which we were the 1st on the waitlist), there were plenty of empty tables inside and out and still couldn’t get seated. Left disappointed along with the many other parties before us.

Been here many times, Unfortunately they weren't as accommodating as before and i was unable to enjoy my meal like I used to. Great place and seemingly friendly enough owner but i don't think i will be returning here

I interviewed here on 6/23/25 and was hired 6/25/25 for the new Rolling Hills location. I started my training with a group of 5 others. During our training within the first 10 minutes the owner, made multiple comments about not liking me and said he really couldn't understand why his wife liked me and insisted on hiring me. He then said that, that was the only reason I was there. He bluntly said this in front of the other hires and only specifically to me. I brushed it off initially but I honestly felt embarrassed and disrespected so I left shortly after and decided not to move forward with them. Being African American, sometimes you have to question if the way people act towards you has to do with simply just that. I am on the quieter side and I carry myself well and I've never been spoken to like this by an employer. When I mentioned how I felt he apologized but it didn't seem sincere. I think that he probably wanted me to leave and made those comments to me intentionally hoping that I would. The pay that they advertise ($20-35) is lower than what they offered everyone at training ($19). I asked during the interview if the $30/hour that I was asking for included tips because I was assuming it was and I was told no, and that they didn't mind paying their servers more and that the tips aren't that significant. During training we were told something else so it seemed like there wasn't a lot of honesty and transparency there which was also disappointing.

Redbo was hands down one of the best customer service experiences my family and I have experienced in the United States.

Kiệt is an exceptional server! He paid such close attention to my Dad's needs and was extremely helpful with suggesting local attractions in the surrounding area. Throughout the evening we felt like we were having a conversation with a family member rather than a server.

Kiệt reinforces my belief that one of the things that makes America great is IMMIGRANTS. In my 33 years of living in the United States, I've never had a server this polite and pleasant ❤️

Oh, and did I mention the food was absolutely amazing? Turns out this joint is the first pho place to use wagyu beef, and it's worth the trip and every single penny!! The slider and truffle fries as appetizers is a must try combo 🍔🍟🔥

If you have a big appetite, definitely try the pho combo as well 😄 incredible food meets impeccable human touch.

Thank you for making our experience unforgettable and for welcoming us to Santa Ana, Kiệt ❤️🤗

Amazing location for food! Plaza has plenty of parking, and interior is very spacious and clean as well. Food came out pretty darn quickly despite 4 bowls of pho, and the broth and meat were perfect. They use wagyu meat, but if don't care for that just know that the meat is tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles are cooked perfectly as well and they serve both the thin noodles most places give and the thicker version as well. My party went in at 3 not knowing they close for lunch break, but the manager was so kind and served us despite the inconvenience. 10/10 would go again!
