Kiệt is an exceptional server! He paid such close attention to my Dad's needs and was extremely helpful with suggesting local attractions in the surrounding area. Throughout the evening we felt like we were having a conversation with a family member rather than a server.
Kiệt reinforces my belief that one of the things that makes America great is IMMIGRANTS. In my 33 years of living in the United States, I've never had a server this polite and pleasant ❤️
Oh, and did I mention the food was absolutely amazing? Turns out this joint is the first pho place to use wagyu beef, and it's worth the trip and every single penny!! The slider and truffle fries as appetizers is a must try combo 🍔🍟🔥
If you have a big appetite, definitely try the pho combo as well 😄 incredible food meets impeccable human touch.

Amazing location for food! Plaza has plenty of parking, and interior is very spacious and clean as well. Food came out pretty darn quickly despite 4 bowls of pho, and the broth and meat were perfect. They use wagyu meat, but if don't care for that just know that the meat is tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles are cooked perfectly as well and they serve both the thin noodles most places give and the thicker version as well. My party went in at 3 not knowing they close for lunch break, but the manager was so kind and served us despite the inconvenience. 10/10 would go again!

Unlike some other places that sell Pho in Little Saigon, Pho RedBo is very clean. Staff is also friendly and attentive. The chef use quality meat. I highly recommend this place.
The egg rolls were crunchy. They did not skimp on veggies for the pho, which i really appreciated. The pho wasn't particularly hot, but they brought out more hot broth, which was really nice of them. The broth itself was good, although it didn't have a strong pho flavor. The rib meat in the pho was so so good, highly recommend.

One of the better ones among the six we tried as part of our Orange County Pho Crawl. Broth is very good and generous portion of different cuts of meat. Condiments were served family stype (there was 5 of us). Noodles was cooked with the right amount of chewiness. Long wait and even after we got seated, it took 15 minutes for the wait staff to come & take our order. Price is high - but the quality of meat is definitely worth it.
As my family I were driving to Irvine from the Bay Area for my college move in, we wanted food and I found pho redbo, a halal pho spot on tiktok. I haven’t had pho since I was young, mostly because pho restaurants where I live are almost never halal. I asked somebody I knew from Orange County in a group chat if they’d ever been to pho redbo and she said she did and it was super good. For a Vietnamese local to Orange County to say it’s super good was an automatic green flag, especially since she wasn’t Muslim so that meant their only selling point wasn’t being halal. When we drove over here the restaurant was packed even though it was night, another green flag. None of my parents or I knew which pho to order, brisket or rare steak, and that’s when our super friendly, patient, and helpful server Brian told us that we could get half and half of both meats. Me and my parents all ordered the same things. As we ate our delicious pho, Brian was very attentive and made sure he refilled our water the moment we finished our cups. Also when we requested more of the complimentary lemons and leaves(like basil), Brian was quick to bring them to us. The food itself overall was very delicious, had good portion sizes, was high quality, light, and healthy so me and my parents were all very satisfied with our bowls of pho. At the end of our meal, Brian also brought us a bottle of their Thai tea, something none of us had ever had. After having our first sips of the Thai tea we were blown away with how we went our entire lives with something this good existing and not knowing about it. It was sweet(but not too sweet) while still having a lot of the rich tea leaf flavors I like, something I don’t see in a lot of other creamy cold teas like boba. Honestly I think I like Thai tea more than any boba I’ve ever had in my life. Overall if you are in Orange County and need a satisfying meal definetly go to pho redbo.

The broth is super yummy! All of our herbs were fresh, fragrant, and full of flavor. The shrimp in my Pho were big and cooked to perfection. I don’t know how to spell his name, uwi, is an awesome waiter. I loved the atmosphere because it was clean. Also, I didn’t feel rushed out of the door after eating.

Not sure if it was fresh or left overs from eailer in the day but food smelled funny at first I thought jt was just me and really didn't care only till after I finished eating my stomach felt werid like if something was spoiled I immediately went to the rest room to throw up I don't recommend this establishment I mean staff and service was exceptional but food not so much
