We ordered the oxtail pho because pho 79 was too crowded. Ultimately, we were disappointed because the meat did not fall off the bone despite the broth being ok. We should have ordered wagyu. The egg roll appetizer was the highlight of our lunch. They seemed shorthanded because it took them a while to take our order after being seated.

Redbo was hands down one of the best customer service experiences my family and I have experienced in the United States.

Amazing location for food! Plaza has plenty of parking, and interior is very spacious and clean as well. Food came out pretty darn quickly despite 4 bowls of pho, and the broth and meat were perfect. They use wagyu meat, but if don't care for that just know that the meat is tender and melts in your mouth. The noodles are cooked perfectly as well and they serve both the thin noodles most places give and the thicker version as well. My party went in at 3 not knowing they close...
