Phuc Long Coffee and Tea

The Vietnamese coffee here is absolutely perfect! I got the Cloudy Coffee, and the balance of strong coffee and sea salt cream was heavenly. The atmosphere is so cozy, making it a great place to relax. It truly feels like a little piece of Vietnam in California. I'm already planning my next visit for the peach black tea! Best coffee stop around.

Their Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) is rich, smooth, and full of flavor, truly authentic. The Phuc Long Milk Tea and Jasmine Green Tea are always perfectly balanced and never too sweet.

Every location I’ve visited, whether in Garden Grove or Fountain Valley, keeps the same fresh taste, clean store, and great service. The staff are friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is bright and relaxing.

A special thanks to anh Linh, the boss, for always taking great care of our soccer team when we come by for sandwiches and drinks after practice. It’s rare to find this kind of warm hospitality combined with top quality drinks and food.

You can tell Phuc Long takes pride in brewing real tea leaves and quality coffee beans. Every cup is made with care, and the consistency is what makes it my go to spot in OC.

The worst coffee & tea in the area

My husband and I came to Phúc Long twice in a day while vacationing in CA with our friends. The drinks quality, ambiance, and service were all good.

This place is okay. Lychee tea is pricey compare to other places after tax over $7 for tea? They increased the price 3 times this year. Not sure taxes charge higher too.

Good drinks and a lot of available seating to spend weekend morning here. I love the crispy roasted pork banh mi. Their coffee is so so though.

Today, me and my wife went to buy some food and coffee here. However, we saw and heard a woman (not in store uniform) behind the kitchen constantly shouting. This has been happening most times I was here, but today this happens to frighten my wife while she was ordering. This behavior is unacceptable and highly disrespectful to customers that are there. Impossible to have an enjoyable time here while that is happening.

I ordered Phuc Long milk tea, which I love and often drink in Vietnam. When I experienced drinking this dish in CA, I found the tea not as strong in flavor, overall about 70% similar. The cashier staff is not welcoming, the restaurant takes a long time to process orders. Go once and see what the branch here is like. You may not come back.

My favorite is blended coconut coffee. Not many places offer this drink and when they do, it’s not blended so I knew I had to try it here.

Upon walking in, this space is deep! Every space is utilized. Starting with the cute patio with miniature chairs and tables to resemble Vietnam street cafes. More tables and sofas throughout the shop.

They also sell snacks, pastries, their own brand of tea and coffee.

I find their coconut coffee interesting because it had this coconut whipped topping like the cloud series that you see at other cafes. I wasn’t a fan of that and scooped it out.

Their drinks remind me of Starbucks from all the whipped topping like a Frappuccino. Phuc Long is also a popular chain in Vietnamese like Starbucks. When you order, they give you a pager and it’ll beep when it’s ready.

Parking in this area can be tough with street parking and during events but there’s a small lot if you’re lucky to find one in there.
