I stopped by Pickle Banh Mi Co on Brookhurst and tried their Bánh Mì Đặc Biệt and the Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng, both were fantastic! The bread was perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, and the fillings were flavorful and generous. The combo banh mi had that classic balance of savory cold cuts, pate, and pickled veggies, while the grilled pork was juicy, well-seasoned, and so satisfying.

I am disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich, egg roll, and Thai tea. The sandwich alone was not great. I only ate half of it and threw the other part in the trash. It tasted stale and old. The meat and veggie didn't taste good. I read some of the reviews and was confused because my bread was not as crispy & soft in the middle. I went around early dinner time.
