F this place. I ordered like $49 worth of food for pickup. I go there and say I need cheese and peppers. The horrible lady working pints behind her to the display and says I have to pay. I was like are you serious so I say never mind. I give her a $100 bill. She says oh we have taken mostly cards tonight so we don’t have change. I said you don’t have $45 change ? She said no I said well I don’t have card I have cash. She was rude and said like I said we don’t have change. I said well you just want to keep the food and she said well I guess so. Horrible service. You should be ashamed of your store and your employees. I will make sure I post this everywhere and make sure nobody goes there. I hope you close down and Thant nasty women loses her job. F this place

Went in to Pizza Hut on Chapman and Garden Grove ordered a large pizza.Got a pizza that was about a medium size. Went to pay for it. It was 15.99, but the total came to 18.87. When we questioned why it was because there was a service fee. The note said the service fee partially offsets the rising cost in California.Drive to Costco Ordered A Large Pizza For $10. It was huge and there was no service fee to offset anything. Pizza hut

We’re here wi the our family, visiting Disneyland. We ordered 3 large pizzas, due to staying in a hotel we requested plates, etc. My husband forgot to add ranch to our online order so he called, he was transferred to the manager and was told they will have to void our whole order (that was already in process according to the first person he spoke to), we declined. A few minutes later he gets a text that says pizza is 4 minutes away from being delivered (we were in a hotel across the street.) We waited, and waited and waited- my husband tried calling and texting the number back to see if he could meet whoever due to them having a hard time finding us. He FINALLY received a response in Spanish and then a text saying order was delivered! It wasn’t!! So my kids went downstairs to find the deliverer. Instead they sound our pizzas sitting on a table at Starbucks in the lobby. The pizzas were cold, didn’t receive the utinsels requested. My husband called Pizza Hut and they said as soon as the pizzas leave the store it’s out of their hands. WTH!!!!! Horrible service! There are plenty of other pizza joints in the area!

Pizza Hut Brookhurst and Chapman is my go to place for great Pizza. BUT today 12/16/23I ordered online gave me the amount of $21.02 went to pick it up they show no order for me. I say we'll I order anyway paid $24.79 for a medium size 2 toppings and this was the worst Pizza I have ever had ever!! So if you want Pizza from the Hut at this location check it before you leave with it.Karen Wormuth

Came today at 4:30 and I just want to say thanks for the lovely lady who was super nice and sweet! It was like she was running the whole place by herself
I requested light sauce on my pizza they put bo sauce it was sooo dry and my bread sticks were burnt and so were my cinnamon sticks
