Great service at this location. The food was fresh and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. We are in from out of town and this was a nice family friendly spot for a quick lunch.

Not sure why but I have never had a positive experience here. Been here three times and it is always a nightmare. Eaten here only once. For the most part they cannot hear you in the drive thru and you end up yelling your order. If somehow they successfully get your order they ask you to pull up to a parking spot and wait. The wait can be long…sometimes over 20 minutes. Why have a drive through at that point.
After 20 minutes I went inside to cancel the order and that was another 10 minutes. The Shift Manager was Samantha Hernandez and she really too her time even though I had the receipt. Finally, she cancelled the order minus the cost of the drink since I had already consumed it…which I think is fair.
I like the grilled chicken at this restaurant but I will avoid this location like the plague.

I had a great lunch meal in here. The staff were super kind and friendly. The food I ordered was fresh and rich flavor. We had a family pac 8pcs chicken and fresh fries yuca and coleslaw so on. It was big plate we enjoyed with. The restaurant was clean and neat.

The food was good and u was able to enjoy my food 😋
Anticipated going just to be disappointed. Was told to wait in the parking lot. Waited 10 minutes just to receive the saddest meal ever. Was missing nuggets which are tiny bites for toddlers, no sauces, bread and drink. Waited another 10 minutes to get the rest of my order just to eat cold stale food.

We were standing and we had to ask if the restaurant was closed we got there at 8 PM. They stated they close at 10, but the chairs were already up. They look at us like we were weird people just standing there ready to order was until I ask, who was taking the orders until they finally took my order. They seem like they were having a meeting in the kitchen. They were all talking when I finally got to order. My food was cold and hard. We didn’t even eat it. We trash it first time and last time going to this place. Even after we finish eating, I have to ask how to throw the trash because there’s no instructions on nobody to tell you again. I have to approach them while they were all gathered in the kitchen talking and it seems like I was interrupting them.

This spot makes a decent chicken sandwich, the meat was juicy. there a few thing that stopped it from being great, there spicy chicken didn't have much kick, the pickle's didn't seem to be all the way done one bite you taste a sweet pickle the next your taste an unpickled cucumber. The fries will never win best fries they had little to no salt or any other seasoning then they were crammed into a little box which kinda steamed the fries making them soggy and undesirable, unlike most fast food places they were actually still hot when the got home. Their chicken nuggets are more like chicken bites they were good non the less. If I'm in the mood for a chicken sandwich I will go again
