It was expensive and just not good I don't normally eat there but I'm moving and it just happened to be available but I would probably never go back

The food is good, but I paid for extras and didn't receive them the past two times I've ordered. The first time, my friend used DoorDash, so we just assumed the dasher could have taken something. But this time I went through the drive thru, and an item was forgotten.

Forgot half of my food, got the other half wrong anyways, and missing the drink too. Told me I’d have to wait for 10 minutes for the thing I ordered but ended up not even giving it to me??? Unfortunately I drove 20 mins to get there so I won’t be going back to complain tonight. Do better please.

I just went through the drive through, i tried to order the new ghost pepper sandwich and was told they didn’t have it, wanted the spicy tenders instead and was told it would be a 10 minute wait for them spicy. I also got a signature chicken combo and a chocolate biscuit. I ended up waiting the 10 minutes but got regular tenders, they forgot my chocolate biscuit, I didn’t receive my drink, and they were all out of ranch. So no ghost pepper sandwich, no drink, no biscuit, no spicy tenders, no ranch, and a 31 dollar bill to top it off. I’d avoid this place if possible

The A.I. Drive Thru is HORRIBLE.
It is weird and does not even get orders right. It is a horrible idea. There are some places where A.I..Is NOT APPROPRIATE at all, and one of them is with serving food.
But, if you have ever tried chatting with eBay customer service online, then I guess you will like having an equally useless time wasting experience ordering food at this Popeyes.
I have been a customer here on at least a weekly basis for many years. I have been through all the changes at this location and different franchise owners.
But, I am finally done with this.
The difficulty and uncomfortable experience as well as the basic thought of any company to have AI taken my order is not what I nor any other customers want.
I will never come here again and will make a concentrated effort to tell people to avoid this location until the AI order system is removed.
What a horrible idea.
The food here was never that great, and this stupid feature is enough to ruin this place. I watched in the driver through as two cars in front of me both tried to place orders but the AI didn't even catch half of what they wanted..they just have up and order less.
Glad to see this stupid system is losing this place money. It's what they deserve for having some such a stupid thing in the first place.

Ordered through the web with a coupon but the system didn't apply it and charged me. I called to cancel the order and the staff on the other side of the phone said I have to go through the online chat to get a refund. so I did, and the chat told me they'll get back to me in 24-48hrs. WHATT??? I ordered through the app and it went through the 2nd time. so I went in to pick it up and asked the person at the counter if I don't pick up the 1st order, will it just be refunded? she said no. so then I ask again, can my order be cancelled? and she first said yes and I asked how, and couldn't get me a straight answer how and basically ended up saying no. Wasn't great experience that she can't help but I don't blame the staff as Popeye's doesnt give them much help. but Popeye's need a better process. Used to love Popeye's but Won't order from Popeye's again

I ordered chicken tenders in the big box. Ho home to find one leg and a thigh. I called them and had to go back after I was already home.
When the guy handed me a bag instead of a box to carry out with a plastic bag, that should have be
en a signal that something was not right.
I found that to be right when I got home and opened the bag.

Barely any meat, and it took very long to get. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay but nothing special. The biscuits were my favorite part of it, and they weren't that great. Mac and cheese was okay.

Terrible Experience
I recently visited, and I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was incredibly greasy, leaving an unpleasant taste and making it nearly inedible. To make matters worse, the washrooms were in a terrible state – dirty and with a strong, unpleasant odor.

Disappointed in the Customer service. My handicapped brother and my mom who doesn't speak English well came to present a coupon to order chicken and they did nothing to help but told them to do it on the kiosk. What is the point of providing service when you can't help someone who actually needs help ordering?
