Uber itself was down at the store, but the night staff were willing to honor my Uber pickup for my co-workers' food regardless. The staff there were quick and very friendly when trying to make my food while although they were stressed from the system being down while close to closing time.

My co-workers and I will be very grateful for the staff. Please give them my kindest regards and a raise! 10/10 Service. Also, Uber needs to fix the software on their end to receive orders for that store.

The manager Hein was super rude to Travis, and his employees . I grabbed a water cup and grabbed soda, who doesn’t? But I apologized and Hein was super confrontational. He needs to be retrained or removed. He gave everyone their orders and made me wait 22 minutes for mine. I wasn’t bothered . I’m just worried about the other employees. I mentioned to Travis to talk to HR if this is how Hein is treated them. The picture shows Hein on the left, and my receipt for reference if a district manager would like to take action

Ordered 8 piece all dark for $28! Got home and found 8 piece mixed and not all dark.
Also not as fresh as expected.

not good?! I have ordered a chicken tender but when I got home, the chicken tenders weren’t in the bag!! I also waited about 15-20 minutes for my chicken sandwich! This is absolutely ridiculous DON’T COME HERE.

I often go to this Popeyes, I can say they run it well. I get my food hot and timely. I am in and out with fresh hot food.

It was expensive and just not good I don't normally eat there but I'm moving and it just happened to be available but I would probably never go back

The food is good, but I paid for extras and didn't receive them the past two times I've ordered. The first time, my friend used DoorDash, so we just assumed the dasher could have taken something. But this time I went through the drive thru, and an item was forgotten.
