Cold Chicken Sandwiches, But very hot fry’s. Sandwich wasn’t fresh

It was close to closing time, drive thru experience was good but the food was straight disappointing. I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal w/ cajun fries and mashed potatoes. Chicken was tough, and overall the sandwich was bad. The fries were old and barely warm. Mashed potatoes were ok.

It had been a long time since returning to any location and before it was just a preference thing, now I won’t be returning because it’s a quality thing.

The food was awful at this location. The spicy tenders weren't spicy, they were incredibly bland (& this is coming from a person who thinks take-out is always TOO salty). The employees looked like they hated their lives which I get. The fries were stale. I have no idea why the cole slaw was buttery/creamy. It was all just gross. There was no one there when I was picking up food, maybe that's why - I just got all the stuff they cooked earlier in the day.

Horrendous service, even with a nearly empty restaurant. Forgot all 7 of the biscuits in our order. Understaffed and seemingly under trained

This place is so sad. Ordered 16 pcs chicken paid for it and came home from a long day of work to feed your family. Checked the box with 12 pcs chicken. What a scam. Stealing people’s money. Beware! Check your chicken/order before you leave. That’s my mistake….

This restaurant failed me 2 previous times with bland foods. A few years later I want to try again since it is 1 mile from my house. I walked in and a lady in the back yelled “I will be there “. I patiently waited for 5 minutes and the lady was taking her time frying chicken and do other errands. There was another person with a headset on in the back and they were chatting. There was no drive through customers so I don’t know why the one with the headset on couldn’t help me to order. I suddenly realized that these people don’t care. Do I want to eat foods prepared by them and the answer was No. I walked out and went to another Popeyes 5 miles away.

Took forever to get my food. I was the only person in the drive through at one point and they even Forgot to put one of my sides. I parked and went in and when I asked for my side order, it took them awhile to get it. There was also an employee standing around in back barely doing anything while the two other employees were scrambling.

WORST Popeyes with terrible service and even worst customer service . Do your family a favor a skip this whole establishment. It was such a horrible situation I had to reach out to corporation about my incident and they did zero to help or make me valued . I’ll drop the emails from support for more of a visual reference . All and all this is a terrible company and I’m done spending my money with Popeyes . If you chose to not be valued as a customer this is the right spot for you !

Worst employees at a drive thru I've ever encountered. Lady was rude and I had to repeat my order three times. Also, she wouldn't even answer our questions and said 'whatever, I don't care.' when I asked about the drink specials they had. I'm never going back. That was the third time someone has been rude at that restaurant.

What can I say about this place. I'm not one that complains but I went out of my way to leave this review about how incompetent this store is in getting orders right. The last 3 times I came here something was missing all 3 times with the most recent time I was given the wrong item AND I was missing something. Seriously get it together.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I am a Popeyes lover, but this location is THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND THEY ARE CONSISTANT WITH HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY over the years.

1. The chicken sandwichs are mostly always so soggy, like they have been sitting in it's container for 3+ hours. They have given me a soggy sandwich and 2 bottom buns before but it's highly likely the sandwich is soggy if you don't go during peak hours.

2. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!! If you order sauce through drive thru or the app they will always forget to put the sauce you wanted and if you ask for it they say to pay, even though you already paid for it!!

3. The quality of their wings has gone downhill. Last order I got from popeyes was the final straw. I didn't even get wings I got wing Jerky. The wings were dry and the meat tasted and looked like it was fried at least 5 times, and there wasn't even any flats in the order. It was old chicken 💯%.

4. If you dine in and order they will sometimes forget about your order while they take care of drive thru people first. I remember putting a order for 2 sandwiches it took them 15 minutes of standing around and talking to each other before I complained and then they made it right away.

Why am I so hostile?? I have been here 10+ times cause it's close. And there has never been a time where the customer service or the quality of food has been good.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY GET PAID 20$/HR TO NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT ANYTHING!!!! GO TO ANY OTHER POPEYES LOCATION. I have absolutely lost my chill. This place sucks, I wouldn't surprised if people got food poisoning from this location

The picture i posted was a 2 inch wing that was suppose to be bone in, but you can't even chew on the chicken it was hard and inedible

Horrible. I asked for classic. I got spicy. Thanks for making my kid have spicy chicken. And when I went back to have it fixed. One of the girls said Chinga.....
Yes she did.... just because I'm not fluent doesn't mean I don't understand. It was fixed unhappily. I will not be returning there. Absolutely no good customer service skills. Old chicken/wrong flavor. Horrible.
