Came here for lunch and ordered•Bun cha gio thit nuong⁣• Banh cuon dac biet⁣• Cahn bun⁣Every dish was delicious, so you can’t go wrong. However do note that some of the flavors may not be friendly to a western palate.

All the bun soup taste really good and authentic. And too my surprise, they have really good banh cuon (steam rice roll), even better than most of the banh cuon specialized restaurants in the area. Must try!

I recently got to try Quantum Bun and I really liked it! The service was good and the ambiance was nice. I got the bun dau mam tom and I haven't had this dish since I was in Vietnam. It was so good! The sauce was pungent and sweet. I loved it with the meat and fresh herbs. Def will be back to try other bun dishes.

This spot is what it is. There's nothing necessarily special about the menu or the environment that draws me to want to come back. Ordered three different plates, the food was very bland and generic. Broth lacked flavor, I feel like there's way more spots within the area that would blow this place out the map. In my own personal experience/opinion, I more than likely won't be coming back. Try it for yourself and see how you feel about it though.

I ordered bánh cuốn thanh trì #5 on the menu , I didn't know their bánh cuốn means bánh ướt, the dish came out just plain bánh ướt, no chả lụa, no toppings, the dish looks so ugly to me, they don't offer free tea as a warm welcome. I recommendation is don't talk don't ask the waiter, you will feel like you are the enemy

Beware!! Cockroach came out of the soup!!Me and my wife were craving bun bo hui and bun rieu which we ordered. Mine came out first and her bun rieu came out. She took a sip of the soup and realized that there was a baby cockroach inside the soup!! I took it out of the soup and confirmed that it was a cockroach….. We asked the owner to take away the dish and he took away the dish without apology. As we were about to pay, i asked him for the apology and what happened. He kept saying he wont charge for the food and they dont really make the bun rieu that often that they were careless, which didnt make sense. People need to know that this place is filthy and health inspection needs to come out ASAP!

This place has the most amazing Bun Bo Hue and Canh Bun that I’ve ever tasted!!! The servers was welcoming with a big smile. The food came out quick, about 5-7 mins after ordering. Will definitely come again!!

My friend has recommended Quan Bun for canh bun and banh cuon. I didn't have a chance to go until two weeks ago. The place is small; however, it has couple tables set up outside. There were people waiting outside, so my impression...the food must be above average. I ordered banh cuon and my friend, canh bun. we both shared little of each dishes. My banh cuon was well presented, soft and very good. My friend's banh canh was amazingly yummy. The broth, noodle, crab pasted and other stuffs were light but so very tasty. First time I tried canh bun, and I loved it.

I don’t eat Mì Quảng very often but it’s very good here. Plenty of flavor and doesn’t taste boring. Tastes distinct.

My favorite. Dish is called bo bun ( a type of rice noodle salad served with fish sauce) . So I looked up places and found Quan Bun. They appear to have 3 specialties : Pho ( which I highly recommend ), the take away dishes like the glutinous rice cakes and the house made chili paste. Last but not least the rice sheets served with various meats and veggies ( which is arguably their most popular item as not many Vietnamese restaurants carry them), but what I always come back for in #3 and #16 the grilled pork spring roll and the grilled pork vermicelli with egg roll. The fish sauce is concentrated, garlicky, and flavorful. The greens and herbs they use are fresh, everything they sell is made in house including the chili paste and chili oil. They have a unique marinade that they use in the grilled pork that sets this place aside from other places i have visited for the same dishes. Between the unique rice offering and the powerfully flavorful pho this place is worth the visit. This has been my new place for comfort food for over 6 months now and I'm still not tired of it . Please come visit.

I've been so intrigued about Bún bò Huê since my friend made a bold statement saying that it is better than Pho, and it is her favorite kind of noodle soup. So, she promised to take me to try it, and so we did.I didn't really enjoy it as much as I expected, and I honestly still prefer Pho. The broth is good, but it didn't blow my mind as I expected. This place didn't make it better for my 1st experience either 'coz they served the Bún bò Huê lukewarm. I prefer my soup scalding hot, and having it lukewarm was such a turn-off. The meats weren't tender either, and some of the pork fat wasn't thoroughly and tenderly cooked. My friend also ordered the CANH BUN, which is another type of noodle soup. The broth of this was also good, but again, I still prefer Pho. I also wanted to be adventurous and ordered a side of pig's feet to eat with my noodle soup, which turned out to be disappointing. I was expecting fall-off the bone kind of tenderness, but it was hardly tender at all. As far as the ambiance, the place was relatively on par with the other Pho places in Westminster/Garden Grove area, and the servers were friendly and polite.I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt that it might've been an off day for them that day when we came, and would be willing to give them another try someday.
