This will be my last time ordering food at any Raising Cane location. I spent about $45 for chicken fingers to go only to find out there was no cane sauce. I’m thinking, staffs may be busy so they may have forgotten it, no big deal. Drove back to show them my receipt and asked for some canes sauce. Turns out, you don’t get any cane sauce while ordering close to $45 worth of chicken fingers. This is not just corporation greed; but foolishness. Staffs are great and it has nothing to do with them since it’s a company policy.

The restaurant was not clean. It was later in the night but we were unable to find a clean table so we cleaned one off ourselves . Food was great.

This Canes has the worst customer Service on earth! Does anyone know how to file a discreción complaint with the givernment? I am disabled in a wheelchair but always clean up afyer myself and others when I use their bathrooms. Brisa the manager was very friendly a year ago when she first started working there but then about six months ago at about2:40 she saw me coming and knew with my stroke I would want to first use the bathroom before ordering food. She instructed3 of her staff to go inside each of the3 unisex bathrooms and stay there until closing at3 am intentionally so that I had to wet myself inside the restaurant because I have a weak bladder due to my stroke. What an inhumane an ld un compassionate and discriminatory manager! They know i drive from far away without the motorway because of my stroke and sometimes just need to use the loo although I normally try to buy at least a toast for$2.

Need chicken? This place cannot be beat. Hot tip, substitute an extra toast for the coleslaw, thank me later. Get the sweet tea, or else. Love this place.

It’s always when the manager is gone.. The fries are all soggy, then some dry like it was in the microwave. It’s only good for the sauce..
