Got there at 1pm easy in for a seat. But the burger was ok but very greasy and couldn't eat the whole thing. Otherwise it was good

We have been to several Red Robins before, & always enjoyed the food and had really good service. This time the service started out great, and then they just disappeared. We asked for some ranch, nothing ever came. My sister asked for mayonnaise and barbecue sauce on the side of her dish. We all got mayonnaise and barbecue sauce on the side of our dishes. Which of course spilled all over our dishes, and there are several of us that hate barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. The food was lukewarm to warm. It was late night, but still.
Parking: There are a lot of restaurants, hotels, and other businesses that share the same parking lot. Handicap parking was very far away from the main door.

Red Robin
This is my husband's favorite place because he can get endless fries and they are gluten free (he has celiac). I'm gluten and dairy intolerant but still able to find choices. When our meals came, the chicken on my salad was cold. The manager came by pretty quickly and they made me a new salad (this time w/o the cheese, croutons and tomatoes.) My Ocean Blue Patron margarita was good but a little on the sweet side. The customer service was great. We always love Red Robin.
The food was mid, the shakes were good.

If you take any advice from a review take this one. If Amber is your server RUN! As life long Red Robin fans today was extremely disappointing. We have gone to multiple locations in multiple states and never had a problem. We always make sure that our servers are tipped well, as most of us have worked in the industry. Our experience started out as a normal with great hosts. After being sat we waited around 10 minutes for a server to approach even though the restaurant was practically empty. Amber eventually came to our table. We attempted to order just bottomless sides, which we have done countless time at other locations as well as this location only two days before. Amber then told us that we couldn’t do that and as a group just had to order ONE entree. So when she came back we confirmed what she said and had one person order an entree. To which she responded that we couldn’t do that. At this point her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Her tone came across as rude and condescending. Amber’s behavior and defensiveness made this small issue into a completely avoidable confrontation. It felt that she never cared about providing good service with the noticeable lack of professionalism and the wanting to be “right” in the conflict. Instead of apologizing she placed any blame elsewhere. By this point we were fed up her service, attitude and experience we said we would just leave, to which she replied “fine” in an aggressive manner. We then asked for a manager and she stood there trying to continue to argue.
We explained to the manager the situation how we have been to multiple locations in multiple states where we have ordered just sided and never had an issue, with their location being days before. We pointed out that no where on the menu it states bottomless sides must be ordered with an entree and how on the website it states that you can order them without an entree and they take pride in their bottomless sides. The manager did attempt to rectify the situation by “allowing us to do this today but can’t promise it will be allowed next time”.
Our table was then taken over by Katie who was AMAZING!! Her level of care and professionalism was outstanding, her service was seamless and efficient. Her positive attitude and warm personality made us feel like valued guests not just customers. Katie was incredible and deserves to have recognition for saving what seemed like a situation that couldn’t be saved.
It was truly disappointing the events of our visit and how opposite the service could be. We have always looked at Red Robin with the highest regards and a family favorite. We have always received amazing service (just like Katie) which is part of the reason we return and have visited many locations in different states and areas. We have loved the brand and it’s heartbreaking how this experience as negatively affected our view of the brand. The way Amber handled the situation was nothing short of appalling. Her condescending attitude and lack of professionalism was entirely inappropriate. It was clear that she had no interest in providing basic service and more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. It’s shocking that someone with such disregard for guests is employed here. Ambers service is unacceptable and the lack of accountability is a direct reflection on the brand. Service like this has no business working in the hospitality industry. I strongly urge management to take action. I would recommend to anyone who visits this location to ask for Katie. If someone happened to get put in Ambers area know you are better off to just walk away.

This was the worse service I have every had at a Red Robin. Any time we needed anything we had to get up and go look for our server. It was just bad. Very disappointed!

Bartenders were ignoring us all the time in a nearly empty restaurant, I even had to go to the kitchen to ask for some ranch, we had a coupon for an appetizer and the manager was not nice about it. After they gave us the discount, a person who we assumed was the manager came in and in front of us said "next time just to go orders" when the card clearly said " dine-in or to go orders"

So they do serve gluten free options. For which I'm glad.
HOWEVER if you want soft delicious broccoli...look eles where. When my meal was served the broccoli was cold and hard (raw). Mind you this is a bottomless option. So I asked if I could have another side of broccoli but cooked thru this time. The server was more than happy to accommodate, but thru no fault of his the next batch came out hot....and still raw, tough, crunchy and unappetizing. The menu says steamed and I LOVE steamed broccoli. This was literally just hot chopped broccoli. I gave up after the second batch. The manager came out and apologized and said that he too found the broccoli served there unappealing, but they only had one way to cook the veggie. By the time I ate my food was cold and all I had was a burger with no bun.
The cheese sauce was ok and at least the jalapeños were hot. Meh not coming back. I felt mislead.
Vegetarian options: They have salad and raw broccoli and bread for u foliage eaters. Good luck
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns. And lettuce wraps, But are not celiac friendly.
Parking: Parking lot shared by outback steakhouse, red Robin, joe's crab shack, an oggies pizza. So it gets full very quickly.

We came in, 2 special education adult classes, roughly 20 students and a half dozen staff. Blanca was AMAZING. Patient, efficient, fast and overall one of the best servers I've had in a long time, anywhere. Food was great, but I really wanted to highlight the phenomenal job of Blanca and the other staff.

Really good burgers and staff super friendly. Food arrived super fast and waitress was always attentive in case we needed something else. One point to improve would be few more options of beers, but still they have good options.
