Foods and service is average. Needs work with running an honest business though. Automatically adds about an 18% gratuity and then some. Didn't look at my receipt until I got back to the hotel. :(

Food was ok we ordered a combination pho had 3 thin sliced meat and tendon that’s it didn’t come with everything a combination should come with. Shaken beef plate rice was dry and very small portions. Service was even worst we ordered 7 plates and he forgot one and when we asked for it he said I already brought it. And went and sat with a table next to us hanging out with his friends we had to flag him down for our check and he added gratuity to the bill no wonder why he didn’t want to attend to us. He already made his $$ so he didn’t care. There was only 2 other table in there one was his friends table so service shouldn’t have been that bad because they weren’t busy.
Pick another place if you want good food and service.

I walked in with my family. We were asked if we'd like to sit on the restaurant side or the pitch black entertainment side of the establishment. We chose the obvious.
No music was playing, just 2 TVs, blaring volume from different news outlets. You just here Trump droning on one end of the restaurant and local news anchors from the opposite wall. Really setting the atmosphere for what was to come next.
We ordered 2 bowls of pho (steak with beefball for mine) and an order of eggrolls as a starter.
I must say the service was fast, a little too fast... Within less than a minute, he returns with the eggrolls. Like there's no way they could've cooked them that fast, which turned out to be true.
The food was cold, like it had just been sitting out. Normally I'd have to wait a few minutes to allow the eggrolls to cool down to eat, not these.
When he returned with the pho toppings (with lemons, ick) I told him they were not fresh and not even hot on the outside or inside. I realized that he wasn't just our server, but also the cook. After about 5 minutes, he returns with more eggrolls and our bowls of pho.
The steak in mine was firm, chewy, and overcooked, yet the broth was lukewarm. How is that even possible? The eggrolls re returned with still weren't hot, but maybe microwaved? because they tasted like they had been frozen. The inside didn't taste fresh at all. There were 2 leftover by the end of our meal, which never happens.
I quickly realize why he couldn't be bothered to actually make us fresh food, because he and the other worker, who were sat directly behind us, were just chatting it up with each other for our entire meal, without checking on us once. Worst pho meal, worst service, and most unsettling atmosphere I've experienced at a Vietnamese resturaunt.
Tourists beware! Find a better place to spend your money. Can we make half-stars a thing?

The food was okay. The service took a while for us to place our order because the worker cared more for the party table of 8 people than our 4 people table (this was all the people for the night). I won't be returning as it is not worth the money and the service you get.

Extreme salty soup, meat not taste fresh. Not get noticed of the price difference between menu and real bill when ordering! Very bad experience.

Pho was not bad but wish they had blanched the noodles in the broth. Noodles were very bland. The guy was nice.
Mediocre service. Mediocre food. The pho was not hot enough, was served with lemon instead of lime, and needed cilantro on the side. The chicken was too dry to chew. The atmosphere was needlessly cluttered and sad. There was only one waiter, and he made himself scarce. I was simply underwhelmed, particularly since I was in an Asian neighborhood and I'd expected better. Whatever this restaurant once was, the owners or management have clearly checked out.

The food isn’t good, it’s super salty. We ordered two rare steak pho, and some combo spring rolls. The rolls were very disappointing, only shrimp and iceberg lettuce. The whole place is disgustingly filthy, it smells in there. Half of the dining room has the lights off and all the tables had dirty dishes from the night before. The server was nice.
