I just ordered 2 of baguette thit nguoi, they used old baguette (from yesterday or even older) and rebaked them. The baguettes are dry and broken in pieces as we bite them. I thought they produce new baguettes every day, why use old baguettes for thit nguoi? Is it some kind of cheating? Never come back!

BM Saigon is probably one of the best banh mi I’ve ever had. I ordered the buy two get one free round bread special. I ordered 3 of the number 2 and one with light spread and the other two with no spread. Got the vegetables on the side so I can eat at home without it being soggy since it would be about an hr drive back home. The pork loaf and oven pork roast deli meat is flavorful and the bread is fresh. The condiments in the sandwich go well together and has the perfect crunch with every bite.
Cute staffs , great quality

Banh mi is decent. Their Cafe sửa đá used to be good, but the last few years have been quite a let down. It leaves a burnt butter after taste and taste like they used a watered down milk or something. Their cashiers are always slow like molasses.

Best Bánh Mi in town, and that's a bold statement considering the area is the OC capital of bánh mi and other Viet delights. Round bread is the way to go, patê made in house, same with butter mayo and much of the other goodies. Has most of the sandwich shop specialties as well. Get some.
Oh, and if you're having a party, buy all the goodies separately and do a bánh mi DIY spread. Everyone absolutely loved it.

The bread is always cold, not crispy, not hot. Especially sandwiches with meat patties, eggs,...

We ordered 2 cold cut #12 and they were bland and dry. We couldn’t even eat them. Ordered the steam buns and the meat inside were also not good, just pork and quail egg, there should be more stuffing in there. The guy at the encounter knew exactly who I am when I ordered the food and handed him $50 cash. Since it wasn’t busy, the order took about 5 minutes and the guy saw me sitting in front of him waiting for the food, since I misplaced my receipt, he refused to give me the food. What the heck!!!!! I understand that there are people out there who would try to scam, but it’s not like I left the place. He was just rude and stubborn. I had to search quite a bit more to find the receipt for him. What a waste of time and money because the food wasn’t up to standard either.

Saw they have a branch in SGV area and didn’t get a chance to try it so since we are next to this place, went and ordered their sandwiches. They have two types of bread, round sandwiches and the baguette type. At the time, special buy 2 get 1 free on the round bread. Pick your proteins and the choice of pickled veggies with or in the side of the sandwiches. We got grilled pork, chicken and Deli meatvarieties (thit gûôį). The grilled pork looked really odd, not your typical Vietnamese grilled pork like the restaurant served with the vermicelli bowl rather it looks like canned meat. The deli meats varieties were good. Have not tried the grilled chicken yet. The proportion of the round bread to the meat is way too far apart. Too much bread! We also ordered the puff pasty snack called pate chaud. It was okay as compared to BMC pate chaud! Didn’t even get a chance to take the pictures of the Bánh mì!

I ordered 3 baguettes. I paid for 3 baguettes. When I got home I opened them . They gave me the smaller round ones which are the cheaper . (Buy 2 get 1 free). I called them . They didn’t pick up phone . Terrible . Never come back again
