Hard, dense, dry, melted donuts. The donut dough is plain and not sweet whatsoever. The chocolate barely saves it, and I don’t even like super sweet food. The apple fritter is sickly sweet. There is no balance.

Came in late at night because I was craving a donut 🍩 but DO NOT COME HERE ! I saw the pics and reviews had a lot of stars ⭐ so maybe in the morning 🌅 it's good but at night no ! 👎🏻🙅🏼♀️ We got a regular chocolate glazed round donut & chocolate twist donut and they were Horrible! 🤮😔 The donuts were hard and you can tell they've been sitting there for a good minute. They had very low limited options available and the guy working there was in the back alot and took a bit to attend us. We got our donuts and coffee. Coffee was bland too spent $5 total so not a big loss but definitely didn't hit the craving . If anything it made me regret it. Place looked dirty too not like the pics at all! && When we were leaving we noticed another guy came in to order but dude was waiting for a loong time and the whole time we could see the guy who works there in the back on his phone , and ignoring the customer. He had cameras in the back so they can see for customers and stuff but he didn't even bother to ask the guy if he needed help . This place was a no for me and I don't think I'll be going back.

Paid 5$ for a ham and cheese just so it could be old and there wasn’t any cheese inside of it pretty horrible went back to ask for a new one lady at counter was rude and kept saying their was cheese inside of it and she wouldn’t exchange it then she started talking bad in Vietnamese like if I didn’t understand her ended up throwing the ham and cheese away since it wasn’t even edible

I went to this place for Food Too Good To Go since I was in the neighborhood.
The lady gave me lots of donuts; unfortunately, those were overnight ones. I am not complaining about the quantity or price, but the quality of the food.
I know this is what it is supposed to be, but lots of places that I have gone all provide me with the freshly-made one.

Charged $0.50 for credit card transaction (not informed about this or written anywhere) and charged $3.00 for getting no ice on boba drink (not written on the menu and not informed about this at all). Supposedly 24/7 place and most things are out by 11pm. Ridiculous and I will never return.
