Holy cow this restaurant is a train wreck. We came here over Memorial Day weekend per suggestion by one of our group. Tried to get seating for 10 no reservations. They said its a 45 minute wait. I said ok. Then I asked if we can order some beers to wait. They said no. They would not even tell me why they can't serve us beer. This was very weird. We finally discovered why later. We finally got seated. We then asked for beer and they said yes. Brought us three cups of beer. Afterwards I asked them if we can have more. They said they were out of beer. HTF do you run of beer over a holiday weekend? Ok we will try the food then. We ordered several entrees and the hot pot. They kept brining us the wrong food. It took forever for them to get our food right. At one point when they brought out our hotpot, they just brought the hotpot and the soup, nothing else. They then turned out the heat and let the hotpot boil for 10 minutes before bringing out the vegetables and meat. Bottom Line : DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. ALL THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. ALL THE ONE AND TWO STAR REVIEWS YOU SHOULD HEED. On a personal level, the group member who suggested this will have to have their Yelp recommendations severely vetted first from now on.

We are still in the pandemic. Why is this restaurant not taking any safety precautions??. Their foods are of self-service buffet style where everyone uses the same serving utensils from the bins. The foods are not undercover at all. I do not recommend.

i came here to pick up dinner and was throughly impressed with the quality of their service and food. their hot pot is very flavorful and all the ingredients tasted fresh. their soup was especially very good compared to other hot pot places i've been to. not to mention the owners and servers are so sweet and helpful. 10/10 recommend coming here to support them!!

4 restaurants in one, cafeteria style. When you walk in, they offer you all 4 different menus to choose from. You pay in the center and seat yourself. They offer catering for parties at home and reserve tables for party at the store front as well. They also had Sunday Brunch buffet. I think it's about $35 a person. We might try that one day for sure. They offer a mix of American brunch and Vietnamese items.

I am impressed to step in this restaurant during the pandemic time. Inside is clean from floor to tables, chairs, and surrounding. I ordered a beef stew with noodles. In a short time while watching TV a polite young showed up with my hot bow. It tasted so good with special juice of bò kho with a full dish of fresh bean sprouts, slices of green pepper and limon with a small bow of salt and ground pepper. I am curious about the ads playing on TV about their iced milk coffee so I ordered one and it was marvelous as advertising.

The place has a few separate restaurants in there, so it was confusing on how to order. Each restaurant has its own cashier. But they're all connected together in the middle island. We had the 949 coffee, lobster noodles and lobster baco ($15); very over priced street taco size bun with lobster. The garlic noodles needs more garlic. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the food quality

Lobster and lobster with garlic noodles were not that great. Our lobsters were half cooked. The dish was just ok. You can find other place has better lobster dish than this nearby.

Note: There are other businesses in one location. Cafe 949 food are all delicious...they started at festival grounds, and now I'm happy that they are settled at one location so people can dine at. Plenty of parking and outdoor seatings during COVID-19.Venmo ok. Togo ok. Customized your food if you are particular on how they are made.

Dishonest business practice. Today, the owner advertised their pho promotion $18 for 3 but when I got there they charged $9.5 for each bowl of pho (I bought 4) and of course, it's cash only for the transaction with mo receipt. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple miles down the street for a much better pho place for the same price.Update: The owner apologized and offered to refund the difference between what I paid and the promotional price. I politely turned her down since after having eaten the pho that I got, I think it's a fair price I paid for the amount of food that I received. The portion size was about the same, if not bigger, than what I typically get at other competitors that charge more. The amount of meat and fresh veggies provided were generous. The broth is not bad, but I feel like it could use just a bit more flavor. I know it's tough being a new business during this pandemic, and I hope they'll be clear next time with the promotion conditions to avoid confusions.
