Hands down the best chicken/chick'n i have ever had. I'm not vegan and can seriously say its the best fast food I've ever had. I can't say enough good things. If I had money I'd invest and take Shane's to the East Coast. If you love flavor...come try the Tacos.

What a great experience! Shane is great and his tamales are top notch! Great service even though they had a bit of an issue the night of my visit. The tamales are great even as a non vegan they are great and the hit sauce is amazing. The beans have something special that gives they a uniquely wonderful flavor. Had one order of the chicken and pork, had to make another order halfway through because it was so good we knew we wanted more. Also ended up getting an order of each tamales to go. I can't recommend this place enough.

I've been vegan for 15yrs and holy smokes this good was just out of this world. From the pickled onions to the hot sauce I could taste every little flavor and spice. Everything was so fresh and savory too. I had the spinach and chz tamale bowl and I could've eaten like 5 haha Shane the owner was there too and he's such a COOL dude! Thanks Shane for sharing your delicious food with us! We'll definitely be back!

I was so impressed by these vegan tamales! You can really taste the authenticity in every bite — the masa is perfectly seasoned and the filling has so much flavor, it’s hard to believe they’re completely plant-based. It’s clear that traditional ingredients and care went into making them. A delicious, wholesome twist on a classic favorite!

I’m not vegan, but wow… the owner recommended the BRT with beans and rice and it was A-MAZ-ING. 🤯🌯 Packed with flavor, super fresh, and honestly made me think I might go vegan after all 😋😋

I've heard about this place through social media but for some reason thought it was somewhere in LA. To find out it was near our hotel in Anaheim was the universe telling us to get thy self to Shane's Tamales.
We just got back from a week in CDMX. The food is right up there with anything we had in that vibrant city. You don't have to cross the border for the best Mexican food around. You got it right here in Anaheim!
The tamales are all excellent, the beans were perfect. I could eat a whole bowl of those! The tacos might even be their best item. Shane might need to change the name to something like Shane Does It All Amazing Mexico food (working title).
Shane himself was awesome. You wouldn't even know he was the owner if you didn't know. Dude was doing it all by himself and there were zero delays getting the orders out. He has his system optimized with the limited but delicious menu. It works perfectly and this city is lucky to have him. If you're here to visit Mickey, stop here at some point during your stay and you'll taste the magic.

Amazing tamales. I bought 3 dozen and everybody loved it. Great filling ratio and the masa is tasty. Their vegan tamales are very good and were very appreciated by the vegans. The pork tamales were a huge hit. It was all packed very nicely and they threw in a nice array of salsas. 100% recommend.
