Shik Do Rak never disappoints! They have a great AYCE menu with three different tiers to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The service is always great. Super attentive and friendly. Definitely one of my go to KBBQ spots and a favorite among my friends

Just left the place a few minutes ago very disappointed and upset. The waiter kept rushing us through our dinner and gave us the check while we're still eating and threaten to charge for leftover food if we don't finish. We were their regular customer but not anymore.

My all time favorite KBBQ spot. The servers are always so kind and attentive. The meat selection is delicious and they have traditional KBBQ sauces to dip your meat in. But most importantly, they have my all time favorite those pink pickled radish paper!!! 😛😛😛 absolutely a must go to KBBQ local spot!

My mom and I came here on Monday to celebrate our birthdays and every single person was so kind and helpful and full of suggestions. The food was amazing - we had the beef bulgogi and was directed to the marinated pork belly and the marinated beef short ribs. How best to cook each item was explained in the most helpful way. Thank you for making this special.

This place is awesome!!
The servers are great and attentive to your table (each time I went I got different servers, but all good at their job)! Also, their meat is very, very good. Particularly, I eat brisket mainly, but the price is very worth it.

I've been to other kbbq's like the Gangnam House in the Source which is way pricier, but service quality is horrible and not even as tasty as Shik. I've also been to Gen KBBQ and other KBBQ'S but this tops everything so far in all aspects.

The line wait isnt too long from my experience as well (only went during dinner time though), so I'm loving this place so far.

The only cons for me is that the place is hard to find in terms of where to park and how to get in. The also the tables aren't as clean, and the neighborhood area seems a little sketchy, but other than that it's a great KBBQ with many people.

This was my first time coming to this location. I actually enjoyed it. The service was great. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. They made sure our table was taken care of. They constantly kept asking if we needed any of our Banchans refilled and meat. Everything was delicious. Then again we came before everyone coming in during lunch. The place was clean. The fact they have soft serve yogurt is great after you have your meal. I would highly recommend this place. Don't know why other people had a bad experience. But to each of their own. You can tell when you come here their pretty popular. So best time to come would be when they open. Thanks for having us=]. Fast. Affordable and yummy

One of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had eating out. I rarely leave reviews anywhere and this experience was so egregiously bad that I had to leave one. My group of friends were there for over two hours and received one and a half (that's being generous) rounds of orders. Even then, they messed up our second round order and we had to ask multiple times about it and we still didn't get everything. We were just sitting there at certain points for over 20 minutes without anything while we saw other tables consistently getting their orders. We were rarely checked on and had to even grab water from another table since our server basically did a magic trick and disappeared at certain points. Our server also spilled oil on our table when doing a grill change and just threw napkins on the table, dipped, and made us clean it up. You can tell they're understaffed and it shows with the lack of service we got during our 2+ hours there. We asked multiple times for a manager or at least a manager's contact info and each time it felt like the workers there (specifically Eric) who didn't want to deal with it even though we were being pretty reasonable with them considering the circumstances. Absolute trash service. The food is fine, but I would never come back here again and will tell others to avoid it.

It’s a Thursday night and the place has plenty of open seating, but decided to make us wait 20 minutes in the entrance before we were able to be seated. I was in a party of 3 and this service really killed the mood. Food quality isn’t even the best especially for the long wait time after ordering. Would recommend somewhere else.

It's summer and it's hot. Sitting in front of a grill is even hotter and this establishment refuse to turn on the AC! They keep saying the manager won't turn it on or that is on auto so they have no control over it. We all know that's a lie. They're too cheap to turn on AC for their customers. We couldn't even enjoy our meal because how how it is. The service wasn't good compared to other kbbq places. The good was mediocre. They tried to charge for our little toddlers knowing well that they're well under 3 and was napping while I'm the restaurant.
Check your receipt folks. This place wants to take your money but refuse to turn on the AC. Go somewhere else if you want to be comfortable eating.

Food was ok, service was very terrible. Went her with family and this waiter was very rude to us. We need change our grill so we can can grill more meat, we ask for our grill to be change had to wait a long time for it to be change, we also wanted to order more meat since we had to wait a long time for our grill to be change. The guy who was serving our table told us we need to finish our first order first before ordering more otherwise have to pay extra 10$ fees, at this point its 25minute in and our grill still has not been change. We ask for sauce and wasn’t given any, waited 30 minute for our next portion of meat to come. Pay $250 for a bad service. Terrible!
